I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Royalton Grenada resort, and while it had many exceptional aspects, there were some notable shortcomings that left me with mixed feelings. First and foremost, I must commend the resort for its overall beautiful location and the excellent level of customer service provided throughout my stay. The staff was consistently attentive, accommodating, and friendly, which contributed significantly to the overall positive atmosphere. However, the highlight of my visit was meant to be a romantic birthday dinner, and it was during this experience that Royalton Grenada fell short of expectations. I had high hopes for the evening, as I had planned to celebrate a special occasion Unfortunately, the dinner did not live up to its promise. The disappointment began with the food which arrived about 45 minutes after arriving. Pretty lengthy wait for a pre-ordered thinly cut steak and overcooked lobster tail. I was looking forward to a ribeye steak but was served what could only be described as a skirt steak and this unexpected discrepancy was disappointing. However, it's worth noting that the resort's management, led by Christopher, was responsive to my concerns. They promptly discounted the meal and ensured that I felt heard and valued. Although the food was not delicious the staff provided service beyond expectations.

The food is awful, the service is slow. The waiter doesn't know what is coffee cappuccino, expreso or americano. We had a 40 years old birthday, we asked a cake with candle on arrival for dinner, asked at the restaurant during check in and we didn't get the candle…

*Very disappointed! This hotel shouldn’t be calling itself as an all inclusive. There is no variety in food, and I mean it! Every single day, the same 2-3 things over and over again. we ended up getting dinner outside of this facility. The waterfall and the kids pool only worked one day out of five there are always shortage on towels, and every time you ask for something the answer is:- we don’t have this or we don’t have that . First day you think it’s OK they have a shortage on some items, 2-3 days later you get the picture ,this place is nothing what you expect from an all inclusive resort. *****The property itself laying in a beautiful land. The ocean is unbelievably beautiful, the people on the island and the stuff at the hotel, are so nice and polite. By the way, the $300 resort credit is a joke. You basically cannot use it for anything as a whole amount! $25 can be used towards spa treatment or drinks. Good luck with that! We used none of our credit. **this place is a shame of all of the all inclusive properties!***

I recently stayed at the Royalton in Grenada from May 27th-30th and unfortunately, I had a below satisfactory experience. This is really a piss poor Royalton and doesn’t live up to any of the past Royalton’s I’ve stayed at such as Royalton Blue Waters. Specifically, my friends and I stayed there to celebrate our birthdays and Memorial Day weekend. There ran out of food and liquor daily at multiple bars and each time someone complained or asked why they are so low stock they said they just did two wedding parties and had to make sure they were taken care of first. As a guest, we all paid a premium to stay at this resort and it’s an all inclusive, so we should not have had to go outside the resort each day to eat and drink because by 7pm all the restaurants were out of food. I expect a to be able to eat and drink at all times and I believe that the issues I encountered were beyond unacceptable. The entertainment was nonexistent all they did was walk around and want to sign people up for massages. I stayed in the Diamond Club and my friends stayed in the regular part but we both experienced the same low level service. Elena was the only person who remained cheerful as an employee and welcoming to all. Given my experience, I would not recommend anyone looking to enjoy there vacation stay at this Royalton. Alternatively, I now need another vacation just to make up for the horrible one I experienced here. DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE!

Excellent place to relax with friends or Couples. Great service, everyone was very cordial and friendly.

They kept running out of food , phones were not working. The floors kept being moist even with the ac being on . The food was bad .
