Stay was okay, room was decently clean. It did feel overpriced for the fact that there was a weird stain on the floor, stained towels, missing backing of the TV remote and the fact that there was no toilet paper in the room so I couldn't relieve myself for half an hour while I waited for them to bring me tp. The parking garage and the surrounding stairwells were pretty dirty also, I felt uncomfortable leaving my car downstairs in their garage. The location is great in relation to palisades and the little downtown area. I would stay here again in a pinch but it's definitely not my first choice.

O Quarto do Hotel é agradavel e bem localizado. A cidade e o Lago (Lake Tahoe) é espetacular. O que faltou foi um bom atendimento. Ao fazer o check in as informações foram levadas de forma abrupta e indicando uma série de recomendações e considerações sobre limpeza e comida no quarto. O Serviço de limpeza é precário, e o atendimento da recepção nem sempre está disponível. O Café da manhã é inexistente (já sabido). No fim acabei sem saber se cometi algum erro, mas ficou uma referencia negativa

I stayed to weekend nights. $378. Here's a list of issues. Lobby is only open from 3 PM to 10 PM. No cleaning services. Call the lobby if you need something. I called at 9 Am and went through the cycle 3 times and still no answer. I didn't know how I was supposed to check out. Left the cards on dresser and left. Beds, 1980's SPRING MATTRESS.. Hard and uncomfortable. Shower, no water pressure. Plumbing, every time the upstairs room flushed.... The pipes would almost whistle. Lots of noise. I was woken up 3 times because of it. Way over priced for the service and amenities you get. I will never stay here again. Almost forgot, PARKING, only enough for about half the guest. Had two pluses. Room was clean and a beautiful view.

Caltrans works through the night on CA-28 and Pepper Tree Inn is on ca-28. Cut my ankle twice on a protruding metal part of the bed--felt like a piece of iron.

Not at all as advertised. Office only open from 3:00 to 10:00 p.m. pool is filled in with dirt. Room smelled horrible. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

This property is indeed need of repair and update. The comforter was too hot at night even with the windows open. It was very expensive with no amenities. No staff available until 3 seemed ridiculous.

Room itself was clean and satisfactory. Rate was a good value compared to other properties in north Tahoe area. Exterior wise showed minimal upkeep. Location was good for skiing. 10 min drive to Palisades. Felt safe. Several restaurants were within walking distance. Upper floors had nice view of lake. Reception desk only staffed 3-10 pm, but phone #s available for any needed assistance, tho didn't need. Did not have daily housekeeping but was not an issue for the three nights I stayed. Could get extra towels or supplies if needed.

The rooms need some serious renovation. Everything was old and falling apart. The ventilation system made a squiggly noise that could t be stopped. Not worth the money.
