羅切斯特丘陵萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Rochester Hills)

Well lit and clean hotel with well kept furniture and decoration. Room was spacious and clean. Good hot and strong shower. Fitness room was a bit packed but clean and equipment in good condition. Breakfast was ok.

The African American lady who checked us in late the evening of 12/24 could have been a bit more friendly

Property would have received a 5 if it didn’t have terrible housekeeping. Front staff was great. Stayed 4 nights and supposed to get a “freshening” day 2. That didn’t happen. Day 3 was housekeeping which we waited for. The manager barged in the room with a crib which we did not need (no kids). She said must be for another room. Asked her for housekeeping and she said, “I’ll send someone down”. 2 hours later no one came so we searched for one. Found housekeeper and she said, “You’re not on my list. At that point, we gave up. Another point, behind the TV table and couch there were wrappers, old food, candy, etc..

It would have been great if there was one more chair in the room to sit. There was only a rolling chair at the desk. The shower was wonderful!

Nice location, room was comfortable. Enjoyed the Chris**as lights in Rochester. The continental breakfast could use a little work. Could use more choices, the coffee area had coffee stains and spilled sugar on the counter top the entire time I was there. Other hotels usually have one person assigned to this area to clean and keep food and coffee fresh.

Here for a hockey tournament and very convenient for stores restaurants and entertainment

Beds OK, breakfast OK, everything about this place OK - nothing exceptional, value OK (at best, might look elsewhere next time in this area). AC a little noisy, an older feel to it but likewise OK.

Property is outdated and smells bad room was small and the bed old and uncomfortable. Shower was slippery and dangerous. I regret choosing that place

Very comfotable home away from home. Comfy bed, nice bathroom shower and yummy breakfast.
