A 1 night stay over whilst heading elsewhere. The hotel is situated across the road from a pulp and paper factory. The back end is in an industrial zone. The hotel is very dated. It is showing its age. We were close to town which was convenient. The room was clean but the wind whistled through the doors all night. Breakfast was unexceptional. Rubbery eggs, sausages, beans and toast.   Staff were pleasant.  The hotel needs repairs to ceilings, outside steps, no sprinklers in room, uneven pavement when walking to outside access to the room. 

3/5 CLEANLINESS Overall , BECAUSE : bathroom , bed sheets were clean . Beds beds were very well done. HOWEVER T HE FLOORS and DOORS KNOBS WERE STICKY..........................3/5 3/5 SERVICE .Your receptionist ( Fatima at check-in ) was efficient and smiling . At night, when we came back ( approx 10:00hrs PM,) no one was at front desk..... Three (3) other guests had also been waiting over 15 minutes to see "someone" to answer them. We waited an additional 5 to 7 minutes before Thomas showed up . He apologized and explained that being alone he had to go at the building in the far back to open some door and/ or windows to facilitate the air flow exchange as someone had "overcooked a pizza and the "burned pizza" smell had filled the surrounding air on the second floor corridor etc... Some guests had complained and he made sure everything was Ok and under control.................................. 1/5 FACILITIES . Defective card readers to unlock door. In corridor AND outside door. Apparently, the batteries in the LOCKS had to be changed but could only be done by maintenance personnel during daytime. WAS very annoying as we had to walk back at front desk on 3 different occasions . (1) Upon arrival, could not use outdoor direct access from parking lot. (2) We had walk to go at end of building and walk back to our room to access from corridor. (3) Upon returning at approx 10:00PM , the corridor card reader to access our room did not work at that moment. So (3) we had to go back at front desk at which time we waited for Thomas as described earlier under SERVICE. .................................................................................... Hope these specific observations and comments will be taken in account so your Travel Lodge in Trois-Rivières may meet your company's standards.

付完錢後，服務生告訴我們，房間裡沒有暖氣，晚上房間的溫度不超過攝氏10度。此外，房門的門禁卡只能在飯店內部使用，我們晚上10點後才到，之後沒多久就待在外面了。飯店幾乎空無一人，為什麼只給我們一間沒有暖氣的房間？第二天，連服務生都不明白。

廁所堵塞了。 我們不得不反覆刷卡才能進去。 設施陳舊。 我們住的是同一個房間。 床和枕頭很舒服。 包含的早餐很豐盛。 空調運作良好。

這家飯店，或者更確切地說是汽車旅館，真的需要一些細心呵護。最多也就兩顆星，早餐也沒什麼特別的。就旺季的價格而言，這絕對不是我看過性價比最高的飯店。

服務很棒，設施還可以，早餐過時了，只有吐司麥片優格沒有水果，以前吃過更好的，有雞蛋香腸火腿等。

這是我們至今為止最差的一家酒店。房間舊，被鋪和洗手間毛巾都發黃髮黑，其它設施都很多毛病。

Hôtel propre mais qui a besoin d’être rénové. Bon service et très bon petit déjeuner. Situé pas trop loin du Vieux Trois-Rivières. Piscine extérieure chauffée 👍 Stationnement gratuit.

如果有機會給零分，我一定會給。暖氣不可調節，所以房間太熱。冰箱壞了，我們只好要求換一台，結果等了很久才送來。 我們想要一張嬰兒床，但他們給我們拿來的卻是一張壞了的，不能用。 房間裡沒有微波爐。 床太小，兩個人睡不著。 早餐很一般，蛋捲不好吃，裡面還有胡椒！ 總之，我不會再去了；價格太誇張了。對於這樣的酒店來說，最多50-60美元就足夠了。

地理位置優越，靠近高速公路和市中心。由於最近幾天天氣較冷，房間溫度偏低。

非常糟糕的經歷，儘管我提出了要求，但經理並沒有在員工培訓之後回電給我，這引起了我的徹底不滿。

我們只能說我們的房間需要一點愛護，但就價格而言它仍然很棒！
