В отеле приветливый персонал, но сам отель старый, в номерах не очень чисто. Нас вообще хотели заселить в грязный номер, но мы попросили помыть или заменить. Расположение близко к пляжу, но далеко от всех кафе и инфраструктуры.

hôtel qui commence à dater. Il faudrait le rénover : stores dans le hall d'entrée très vétustes. Chambre moyenne avec découverte d'un cafard dans la salle de bain. La restauration : à peine chaud, pas assez pour le groupe de 21 que nous étions, il a fallut attendre la boisson..au petit déjeuner : le café servi au compte goutte avec une théière avec du café dedans mais pour plus de la moitié du groupe, cela faisait très très juste, obligé d'attendre....choisissez un autre hôtel

Oh my god! If this is the last place on earth to go I suggest you stay home. This was our last stop before we concluded our little family trip around Sri Lanka. It was a nightmare! Big big mistake we made by not looking at the reviews and quickly deciding to stay here. Thank god it was just one night’s stay. Where to begin, Arrival - we were shown a room with a dirty floor so I requested for another and on an upper floor since they mentioned they are having the staff party I expected it to be noisy. So we were given an old tired looking room with many defects including the sink leaking and flooding the entire bathroom floor. We requested a room change and we’re put back to the same room with dirty floor and I request it to be cleaned. No welcome drink served. In room - now starts the real thing Room had amenities only for two pax, requested to make it a triple as we paid for a triple but we had to go get the amenities from the service cart. AC was not effective at all during day time and mosquitoes in the room at night. Bottled refilled water - god knows where and how they were filled. We did not use them. There were no spoons to make tea 😂 Bathroom and room overall so so dirty, bed linen dirty and stained Bath linen so dirty and stinky and absolutely disgusting! Bath mat seemed like they have been used over a month with out washing! Room blinds broken so sunlight steeped in, what a pleasant experience to have while sleeping 😡 TV did not work as the bill was not paid Ceiling fan covered in dust so had we switched it on, we would still be recovering from the dust bomb that would hit us. The pool was dirty and discolored tiles were everywhere and the best one is no markings of depth in the pool, no pool attendant or life guard on duty during operation hours we had to go and ask how deep it is… This place does not meet even the basic cleaning and H&S standards!

Je ne serais pas par où commencer pour qualifier cet endroit très peu recommandable, peut être par l'isolation absente, rideau occultant absent, perceuse a 22h et 6h du matin. Restaurant sans boissons fraîches ni plats chauds. Par contre je finirai par les draps sales avec des traces très suspectes ...

The pillows are filthiest ever as lot of reviews for the hotel we made massive mistake by booking 5 rooms for family it was not really good. the room was dirty, toilet stain everywhere, in the sink,wall. Bed and pillows with stain and too dusty. We request to clean the again Food selections very limited and its seems same everyday. We are on full board request change to Half-board packages they had dinner buffet with very few selection to choose (kottu/spicy parata/ etc ) complete Waste of money Never recommended anyone to come

The horrible place ever stayed. This is a one star hotel. Dirty toilets. Staff has zero knowledge of housekeeping. Elevator is broken. The rest room next to the lobby is smelly and whole area is full of bad smell. Horrible food.. Very small number of food items. They take really long time to refill even at the beginning of the buffet when items are running low. They don’t have a courtesy of giving even new water bottles to the rooms. Had some refilled water on glass bottles. God knows how and where they filled.

We visited this Hotel and the service was horrible. they didn’t refill the buffet as well. location is good. But the Service is not up-to the standard. hence this will be a black mark towards foreigners. but location wide its lovely. Duty Manager was Sudarshan and he should be more vigilant, with regarding towards the management of the Hotel to retain its Guests .

Très sale, vetuste, les stores ne descendent pas jusqu’en bas et nous ne pouvons dormir après 6h du matin. Odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bain , et pour finir, un restaurant très médiocre où les plats sont froid et les boissons ( eau et bières sont chaudes) A fuir, seule la piscine est agréable.

This might probably be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to and I’m quite a experienced traveller. First when we arrived to the hotel early in the morning the portier was extremly rude. Our room was not clean and had no towels or toiletries as promised. On the bathroomfloor there was a dirty foottowel. The hotel has no poolbar even thoug the website says so. The ony ”bar” is in the restaurant and they only served two kinds of beer. The lunch was fried rice, nothing else. Since this is not what we booked we wanted to cancel our booking after first night but then we had to pay full price for 11 nights stay!! Big big warning for this really lousy ”hotel”
