Che dire, il titolo è già abbastanza esplicativo! Le stanze sono sporche, molto al di sotto degli standard del paese. Il bagno puzza terribilmente ed è per questo che la porta la tengono costantemente chiusa, anche al check-in provvedono a non mostrarti il bagno (forse a causa di svenimenti!). La colazione e la cena (sia a buffet che a la carte) sono terribili, la cucina è sporca, entrano animali di ogni tipo: cornacchie, gatti, topi ecc. Per la pulizia (se così si può chiamare) delle stanze, bisogna lasciare la chiave in reception ed è qui che viene il bello! Non solo la stanza non viene pulita, gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati e la spazzatura non viene svuotata, ma si corre anche il rischio di avere qualche sorpresa: io e la mia amica siamo state derubate, avevamo lasciato dei contanti in camera che, come per magia, sono spariti! Insomma, se vi piace dormire in lenzuola macchiate, asciugarvi in asciugamani sporchi, stordirvi con odori nauseanti ed essere derubati, è sicuramente il posto giusto!

TERRIBLY UNHYGIENIC. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THE PHOTOS ARE DECEIVING. ITS A HEALTH HAZARD. THERE IS MOULD ON THE BEDS AND IT IS DANGEROUS TO BREATHE THAT ALL NIGHT. Disgusting and dirty, extremely UNHYGIENIC. The quilts we so dirty. I wanted to post all the photos but for some reason I am not able to upload all the photos . It only allows 2 photos so I am unable to upload the beds with mould. Towels and sheets with stains, geckos inside rooms and dirty bathroom . The list goes on..the linen is not laundered in a commercial washing machine at high temperature..we had to re book trinco blu at extra cost and check out within half an hour.

Worst Hotel experience ever , we book for a family room on 17 th September , as we enter the room notice the unacceptable facts of the following Before we check in we had to pay whole amount Ac wasn’t working properly all night eventhough complain to the duty manager on front desk didn’t accept it No room towel provided No tea bags , milk , water enough for 4 adults Tv remote couldn’t find , so they have to replace another tv but all channels were not clear at all Also unable to connect front desk to full fill our requirements since telephone line were out of order Bathroom wasn’t clean properly Pool was close so earlier 8 pm to in house guests and access for late morning Private party with loud music till late night which was so disturbing to in-house guests Pool tiles were broken not up to safety standards Very low quality breakfast, nothing was refill after 9.15 Person who make omelet wasn’t wearing proper clothes very unpleasant, when I ask milk for my tea breakfast supervisor said to waiter no breakfast after 9.30 Most unprofessional Breakfast supervisor ever seen Not value for money at all , this is our second time & not recommend to everyone… Prabhath Chef from Ireland

The highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff, lead capably by front of house restaurant manager Jimmy. The food and service was of a very high standard. The resort is tired and run down. The pool is the best place for relaxing. It is sparkling clean but needs maintenance of tiles and pool furniture. Our room had multiple items needing to be fixed or replaced. The bathroom was small, dated and left a lot to be desired in regard to cleanliness. The location is good, on a nice ***** of beach.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The condition of the room is not consistent with the one presented on the Booking portal. The room is dirty, old and unkept. The equipment is very worn, the shower head leaks onto the electric water heater, there is mold on the walls. We did not receive towels or bath accessories, we had to ask for them. In conclusion, the condition of the rooms is not consistent with the condition offered, at the same time posing a danger to users (dirt, mold). The pool is also destroyed, cracked tiles. Additionally, during 6 of our nights, the facility organized very loud parties until the night hours. Breakfasts are monotonous, of average quality. I do not recommend, using the services of this facility will ruin your vacation.

Purtroppo non ci siamo trovate per niente bene. 1. Avevamo prenotato un bungalow e all’arrivo lo troviamo sporchissimo (vedi foto), a tal punto ci lamentiamo e ci fanno un upgrade 2. La camera luxury apparentemente sembra bella, ma si rivela essere sporca, abbiamo dovuto far cambiare fodere e tappetino. 3. Puoi richiedere la cassaforte, ma anche questa non è di bell’aspetto. 4. Riguardante il servizio: non pulivano la camera tutti i giorni, si doveva rincorrere lo staff. La scusa è stata “dovete lasciarci la chiave”. Altri giorni hanno lavato ma in modo incompleto: hanno tolto asciugamani sporchi e tappetini, ma senza metterne di nuovi. 5. Asciugamani sempre con macchie evidenti, stessa cosa per le lenzuola 5. Abbiamo chiesto uno stendino, mai arrivato 6. Diffidano l’uno dell’altro, a quasi ogni consegna chiave ci chiedevano se le cose di valore le avevamo con noi o chiuse in cassaforte. 8. C’è scritto che c’è il servizio di cambio soldi, vi avviso che non è istantaneo, abbiamo dovuto aspettare che andassero in banca. . Unica nota positiva è la gentilezza e disponibilità dei dipendenti.
