Parking. Shop 3 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop "Gera Lario" 3 km, railway station "Colico" 13 km, pebble beach "Gera Lario" 3 km, grass beach "Gera Lario" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 29 km, surf school 3 km, tennis 3 km, cycle lane 3 km, children's playground 3 km. Nearby attractions: Santuario di San Miro, Forte di Fuentes Colico, Forte Montecchio Nord a Colico, Cascata dell Acquafraggia Chiavenna, Tempietto di San Fedelino. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Monte Berlinghera, Riserva Naturale di Pian di Spagna. "Alba", 3-room apartment 50 m2 on 1st floor. Bright, beautiful furnishings: upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. tolle Lage hoch über dem Comer See mit einem phantastischen Blick auf den See und die Berge! Toll ausgestattet, sehr sauber, sehr netter Empfang, sehr nette Gastgeber! Wir waren zu viert (2Erw + 2 Ki) im Apartement, viel Platz, toller Balkon und Grill Mög

Wir waren 1 Woche dort, Ausstattung der Wohnung war super, alles da was man für den täglichen Alltag benötigt. Das einzige waren die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die nachts mit dem bellen etwas nervten. Wir würden dennoch wieder buchen.

Wir haben die gute Ausstattung und den sehr guten Zustand der FeWo sehr genossen! Vor allem das Vorhandensein von Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine haben uns angenehm überrascht. Wir haben die Wohnung und Außenanlagen in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefu

We have had 10 super days. Beautiful, fully equipped house in a nice, quiet place. The disadvantage could be that you have to travel quite a bit for everything. The house is situated higher on a mountain, about 5 minutes by car from the main road. There i

The apartment is well furnished, very friendly, kitchen well equipped, unfortunately very noisy, especially when children are in the upper apartment, but whoever loves children is happy to accept that, large balcony and the access road is good for Italian
