Nice hotel, just missing a phone in our room.

Le déjeuner très bon et très propre ac faisait un peu trop de bruit mes a part sa très bien :)

This is a really great hotel. The staff was exceptional. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Belleville.

Very good hotel.

Been to this property before. Was a good stay previous. However this weekend past was a terrible experience. Two coaches for teams was on property. Evening was incredibly noisy. There were young teenagers yelling ….screaming ….hollering…..running and thudding up and down the hallways after 10pm till almost midnight with little consequences from staff. Damage was done to hotel by the team of girls. It was not the restful relaxation time I had expected with my wife and daughter. Manager did not offer compensation for a terrible stay. The manger offered to give me a heads up next time when a team like that comes again. Doesn’t seem enough for the wasted money on a terrible experience. I’ll take my chances elsewhere.

Horribly hard, uncomfortable beds! I felt like my bones were going to break after attempting to sleep in these incredibly uncomfortable beds! They only get 2 stars because the hotel was clean, just not comfortable. Also, the lobby coffee and tea was just coffee! Breakfast was just okay...bananas were over-ripe, the hot water for tea had coffee residue in it! The juice cups were 2 oz mouthwash cups...dixie cups! Staff was unhappy and it showed, they did their job but not with a smile or compassion. Not just one staff member, the 4 employees I came into contact with! Hampton Inn has really declined, it was once I great place to stay, not any longer. Since you are paying top dollar for a room in this hotel, you expect comfort!

We were not advised at check in that housekeeping was not offered to us. when we left the first morning, we asked if we can have more towels from the housekeeper she said yes. when we came back late at night, the beds were not made, garbage was not collected nor was the bathroom cleaned. they did provide new towels but took the bath mat. with a senior staying in the room not having a bath mat on the floor after the shower is a hazard and dangerous for the guest and a huge liability to the hotel. not acceptable.

L´hôtel est recent et bien équipé, micro onde, cafetière... piscine accessible en tout tps. Nous avions une chambre studio lit king size (matelas plutôt mou), la chambre était spacieuse et propre seul bémol le bruit de l´air de la ventilation du couloir qui s´engouffrait sous la porte d´entrée et faisait un un bruit de fond pénible. Soucis résolu en mettant un tapis de bain contre la porte. Restaurant Mcdo et station essence proches de l´hôtel pour d´autres commodités il vous faudra prendre la voiture. Le personnel est très sympathique, souriant et serviable. Pour le petit dejeuner, le buffet est basic des fruits de saison pourraient faire la difference.

Bruyant, insonorisation médiocre (on entend la machine à glace, les portes qui claquent le matin et même les voitures dans le stationnement). Une des chambres n'avait pas été terminée (le papier de toilette n'avait pas été installé)
