El hotel era antes de la cadena Rayentray El hotel es el mismo. Buen servicio. Habitación cómoda. Amplia. Sommier confortable . Desayuno tipo buffet. Personal amable y atento. Tiene restaurante. Cafetería. Pileta climatizada. El hotel es céntrico. Está a 2 cuadras de la plaza principal y 7 de la estación de buses que llega de puerto Madryn

El Hotel Aguada es primero muy centrico y segundo muy confortable y muy tranquilo. No hay ruidos molestos, ni de la calle ni ruidos internos. La habitacion esta muy bien calefaccionada ( fui en invierno) El desayuno es muy bueno y tiene tanto dulce como salado, muy bien presentado y servido. Lo que quiero destacar de este hotel es la ambilidad de su personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar . La habitacion es muy linda y comoda Un placer haberme alhojado alli

Habitacion confortable con detalles de mantenimiento. Su estilo es de los 80 con mucha madera. Fui con un contingente con media pensión y tanto la comida como es desayuno deja mucho que desear. Si sos celíaco olvidate de comer ahi.

Hicimos una reserva en agosto con envío de los datos de tarjeta, todo en orden como pedían para un fin de semana de mucha demanada en octubre. Nos escriben por watsap un mes más tarde diciéndonos sin más que cancelaban la reserva "porque se filtró agua de la pileta en nuestras habitaciones". Los llamamos alarmados, ya teníamos pasajes, excursiones pagas y de todo y sin el menor recato insistían el sr. Alfredo que estaba cancelada. Pedimos hablar con la gerenta pero con tanta mala suerte nunca estaba disponible y nos llamaría más tarde. Nunca llamó. A esa altura conseguir otra cosa para esa fecha ya salido el plan previaje era imposible, con lo cual frente a su total indiferencia e irresponsabilidad se arruinó todo el plan.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as part of a group tour. The hotel is central in Trelew, but the city itself is very small and walkable. The reception staff were friendly and spoke reasonable English. The wifi was quite good throughout. The lifts were very small and slow, I'd recommend taking the stairs if you're on a low floor. My room was very dated, but clean and comfortable and also a good . It was like something out of the 1970s. The bed was a good size and comfortable, and I could turn the radiator off so it was a comfortable temperature. The bathroom was even more dated than the room, the plumbing felt even older. The sink taps made an extremely loud noise when I ran the water at a reasonable rate. The shower didn't make as much noise, but due to the design the water got everywhere and I had to put several towels on the floor. The breakfast was extremely basic, but edible. Very carb and sugar heavy, though there was a fruit salad, and some sad looking scrambled eggs. The coffee didn't taste too bad, but it might have been instant. Overall, given this is probably one of the best hotels in Trelew, if you want to stay here you don't really have many other options. It's very dated, but like an old-fashioned 3 star hotel. It's fine for a few nights, though it's in dire need of renovation.

Mixed review. The rooms are not bad, although a badly chipped basin and gaps in the wooden flooring are not good. The main problem is that there is no air-conditioning. Our room was about 28C at ten o’clock at night with the window wide open and a fan at full blast. Truly horrible and almost impossible to sleep the first night as it was far too hot. We eventually found we could swing the window right over and it would stay open, but totally unsafe if you had young kids. Staff were friendly enough, but unable to do anything to help. The internet is unbelievably slow. N.B. If you do stay here back rooms are quieter. Trelew seems to be biker city (lots of Welsh bikers on large bikes for some reason) so the front rooms can be very noisy. Even on the 5th floor at the back it still kept us awake. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and Sugar is excellent and only a couple of blocks away. N.B. The hotel has supposedlyl changed its name to Aguada, but it still has the Rayentray name on the wall and that is what all the locals call it.
