Everyone was very nice. The owner stay up late as I did not check in until after 11 PM. My only recommendation would be adding an additional mirror in the bedrooms, so us females can get ready. Besides that, everything was great!

Friendly staff (Kim) great location, affordable rates. Kitchen unit, main floor, and a walk across the road and you’re on the beach! Highly recommended.

Needs some serious updating, beds were comfortable.
Towels need to be changed. Bathroom was basic, broken ceramic cup holder on wall, water was hot, but very dated.
Room was supposed to be an efficiency however, less than basic supplies, minimum cutlery, no knives (because they are dangerous and may be used as a weapon) in the words of the owner. No scissors, only one burner out of 2 worked.

We were unable to stay here and tried 4 times to speak with someone and discuss it but they were not willing to talk about it and were not nice

It is a nice place, nice people. A couple things to mention: although towels were clean, they were stained. I wouldn't suggest using stained towels. We were only provided 1 coffee packet but there was 2 of us. Oversight?

There was nothing that I didn't like the place was nice and clean and very quiet so I had to really enjoyable time there I'm definitely will be coming back thank you for everything ⛱️

This is a family owned and run hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room had everything you need, coffee maker, plates, cups, silverware, full size refrigerator, toaster and a hot plate.
The location is right across the street from the beach and a block to the Waffle House and a mile to John's Pass. The area is not as crowded as Clearwater so no fighting the traffic. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and convenient , but the shower hot water was not regulated, and the fumes from the hot water made me sneeze for some reason
