The night staff person was very rude. My hairdryer didn’t work and she basically said tough luck. I’d have to wait until the next day because staff were gone. It was 5 o’clock then I went back later to ask if there was a place where I could get water and snacks And instead of kindly responding oh I’m sorry we don’t have that she just said go to Circle K in kind of a rude manner, I paid a lot of money for one night stay and I expect to be treated a little bit better than that because I was not rude to her at all The representative that checked me in and the representative that checked me out, we’re both very friendly and helpful

Great effort after storms — a few areas for improvement Considering the devastation from back-to-back storms, the resort has done an excellent job recovering. The grounds were spotless, the location is perfect, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the food at the café — quality was great, though a bit more expensive than expected. There are a few areas that could be improved: the room showed some minor water damage on the bathroom walls, could have been a bit cleaner overall, and the sleeper sofa wasn’t very comfortable. We also had to wait past the check-in time to get our room. That said, we appreciate the efforts made under difficult circumstances, and we would definitely consider returning — especially if pricing remains reasonable.

The view is amazing from this property! The hotel room is run down and in need of refurbishing. The room was clean but not cleaned thoroughly. The dishes were put away dirty, there was hair along the baseboards, etc. Be warned: this is not a hotel! The person in the room is responsible for emptying your own trash, washing your towels, etc. The parking was very tight! Particularly for the spot I was in, the BBQ is next to it, so on two different days, I had to ask people to move all their possessions, tables, children, etc - so I could park and they were BBQ-ing in my spot. I also wasn’t able to come and go. They really either need to relocate the BBQ or reconfigure the parking!!!

Location was great, poolside bar open now so that was good. Rooms could be a lot better and could use some updating. Pretty good over all

Our stay was amazing! Rooms were very quiet so could not hear other neighbors. Views were great. Great beach access!

We had a great stay! The property staff were so friendly and helpful. The room itself could have been cleaner and more well appointed with kitchenware. But would still stay here again and recommend to others!
