特拉弗斯市貝斯特韋斯特優質飯店(Best Western Plus Traverse City)

Had a great time.

Thanksgiving in TC, I was looking for an establishment that was pet friendly. The base price of the room was less than a $100 and I also had ******* points. The main reason I was staying was for my dog, but the price point was to good to pass up. I had driven by the hotel many times while in TC. The exterior is aesthetically pleasing, during summer months the parking lot is always full. I walked in the lobby to check in and I was very pleasantly surprised. I would not call myself a Best Western fan, but this BW changed my overall opinion. I checked in Thanksgiving afternoon and the young lady at the desk had a wonderful personality and was very helpful. I asked for a later checkout in the morning and the young man at the desk didn’t think twice about saying yes. The staff is engaging and accommodating. The appearance of the lobby was top notch and clean, the decor has a modern vibe to it. The room itself was large and clean. My favorite was the beautiful bathroom. The shower was huge, it was tiled with a glass partition. The vanity and lighting were perfect. The soap/lotion looked and smelled high end, a nice touch. Also, there is a dog walk area on the side of the hotel in a nice neighborhood. There is plenty of room for your dog to happily sniff or try to chase the squirrels. Overall, if you are traveling with pets or just human companions, this hotel is will not disappoint you. Parking is free and there is also breakfast buffet with the usual.

We liked the fact that there was shuttle service to the airport since we had a very early flight.

This is a great place to stay. Out of the five other hotels we have stayed at in TC, this was the best so far. The staff is friendly and helpful, it is pet friendly, the pool is nice, the breakfast is great. Not a negative thing to say about the Best Western Plus!

The front desk clerk, Christy, was very helpful. She made us feel very welcome. Especially seeing we arrived pretty late at night.

I was pleasantly surprised with this facility. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Usually "pet friendly" hotels are sub optimal and charge a huge "pet fee" I will definately stay here again!

Check-in and out went very easily and smoothly, every member of the staff was very polite and ready to assist. I would highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed here before and really enjoy the staff and location of the hotel. There’s a great breakfast and warm cookies at night with coffee. The only downside is that the the sitting chair in our room, both times, is old, outdated and stained up pretty good. We never sat in the chair at all and this could easily be replaced with new ones. Other than that, the staff is excellent and friendly and they are pet friendly, a big plus.

Sheila was amazing, and so was the reat of the staff. Our experience from check in to check out was amzing altogether. We will definitely be staying here in the future!
