19 room boutique hotel very clean everything you might need ..,breakfast nothing missing ....hotel situated in the old town of Trapani central to all shops & restaurants most of all the staff especially on reception were fantastic helpful & polite any question asked was kindly dealt with the girls Marta & Clara were so knowledgeable on the area giving me & my friend a great itinerary everyday on where to go what to see & best of all where to eat local food ice cream & cakes no problem with the English language the girls spoke at least 5 languages & very well so the experience overall was excellent I must also say that I found Trapani a very safe place to be in late at night walking around asking for direction the local people very obliging ! Food always fresh & of course if you like fish you'd be in the right place fresh tuna everywhere & prepared in all sorts of ways I would say local deli's are the best places to eat if you don't always want to sit in a restaurant & walking shoes a must if your not travelling around by car

I have absolutely no idea why this hotel has 3.5 stars and not 4.5/5. We have literally just arrived but first and foremost what a stunningly beautiful structure and hotel. I nearly didn’t book as I was put off by the reviews, hence the reason to write a review within 10 mins of getting our room. We arrived early morning to be greeted by the reception staff with a friendly smile and despite our room not being available this wasn’t a problem as they were happy to store our luggage so we could go and explore. The said to come back at a time which was and hour an half earlier than the official check in, the proceeded to give us the checking information so when we returned we could be shown straight to our room. Well what an amazing first impression, stunning room, on the second floor which displays original features from the historic Sicilian church that the building once was. The lobby area outside the room has comfy sofas and again beautiful architecture. Staff showed us to the room and explained everything. Rooms are fully equipped with a kitchen area, sofa and dining area, bedroom area and clean and function bathroom. Everything is decorated to an incredibly high spec, WiFi working perfectly (full service, not sure why the bad reviews on this previously)! Walked up to the pool areas which is amazing, gorgeous views of the rooftops of Sicily and the sea in the distance. Anyone afraid of booking please don’t hesitate like I did, ignore the bad reviews and book straight away you won’t be disappointed.

我從18.July-22.July住過這家很棒的酒店。我經常旅行,但這家酒店真的給我留下了如此溫暖的印象:)從特拉帕尼機場有巴士,從酒店停300m。酒店位於特拉帕尼市的中心部分,非常靠近海灘和美麗的公園,有很多花和棕櫚樹。老城區步行10分鐘就到。海灘幾分鐘就到。主步行街有很多商店,Gelato咖啡館就在2個街區之外。到達酒店時,周圍美景給我留下了深刻的印象,進去之前就已經很開心了接待。當我檢查客棧時,我注意到東西是多麼友好和樂於助人。我崇拜這種個人方法,從第一分鐘開始感覺很特別。所有的日子和在這裏工作的每個人都非常樂於助人,微笑,有禮貌。東西只是那個地方的寶石,每個都是真正的寶藏,讓我的住宿如此特別。我在2樓有雙人間。房間很乾淨,空間很大,牆上有漂亮的藝術品。牀很舒服,我在這裏睡得很好。早餐對於度假愛睡得比較多的人來說超級時機從7:00 - 11:00。愛鹹甜的人選擇很多,可以試試傳統的意大利蛋糕。而且各種類型的咖啡飲料都有:)這裏所有的東西都如此禮貌和樂於助人-我喜歡每一份早餐:)如果你想參觀特拉帕尼周圍的地方,接待處會幫助你提供信息。我崇拜這家超級酒店的一切。謝謝你如此特別,酒店Vittoria. 芭比從拉脫維亞永遠不會忘記你,會回來100%:) 我建議每個人這個地方如果你想體驗非常特殊的態度:) 愛愛來自聰明的金髮:)

在我們甚至入住之前,當我們向他們發送電子郵件時,我們發現Historico非常有幫助。如果您有晚班機進入特拉帕尼-比爾吉機場,Historico可以爲您安排30歐元的出租車,以消除乘坐巴士的麻煩。酒店所在的區域很漂亮,感覺很安全。我們到達11PM左右,前門開着,這在這個時候很不尋常,但我們很快就意識到,辦公桌的工作人員Filippo在裏面等着迎接我們。在意大利,旅行者找到他們的酒店可能有點困難,所以我們真的很感激,特別是考慮到晚了。菲利普隨後給我們提供了關於在哪裏吃飯,看什麼,坐哪輛公共汽車以及更多方面的絕佳建議。在我們旅行結束時,他甚至提出要儲存我們的行李,直到我們回來。這讓我們參觀了埃里斯,我們發現它令人驚歎。房間本身令人驚歎。天花板大概20英尺高,房間很寬敞,牀很大,衛生間很漂亮。甚至還有陽台,考慮到歷史悠久的價格低,房間和服務完全把我們吹走了。我們爲5-star的體驗支付了平均價格,再開心不過了,特別感謝Filippo!

Super mega big bed, simply divine. Big room, there was a refrigerator. Downstairs in the lobby of the hotel you can buy some snacks, also warm ones, which you can heat right there in the microwave oven. The reception staff was very responsive, I came to find it, I wanted to put my bags, but she offered to give me another room, because mine wasn't ready yet. I was so happy because I was tired. The hotel is next to the station. The room was quiet, but I could barely hear the neighbors shouting because they were cursing very loudly. I had also ordered a taxi to the airport, which was organized by the hotel, and a nice smelling taxi arrived.

We really loved our stay at Trapani Home - it was really perfect for me and my daughter. We had a very spacious room/apartment with full facilities (Room 1) - kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, etc. All for a very reasonable price The location of Trapani Home is great - right on public transport routes, bars, restaurants and shops - and within easy walking of the old town Daniela was the most helpful and friendly host I've ever had on one of my holidays - for example, recommending car rental, places to go, help with public transport, eating out, etc We really recommend Trapani Home as a place to stay!

Lovely hotel clean I paid for a balcony over sea on second floor it was great with sun loungers. Room only for one person really as tight getting round end of bed. 210 I think Good food Breakfast and evening meal. Staff. Reception staff and waitresses very good. Always smiling especially the waitresses. A lift to rooms did not use pool great area outside dining room to watch the sun go down on the beach front. Lots of chairs tables for you to eat outside if not windy. Expensive drinks. Only one complaint. THE barman waiter was awful no smile. Could not be bothered to tell me about the wine list got our order wrong as he just did not care It did have an affect on my holiday as you don’t want this sort of behaviour when you are away. If he does not like people then don’t do the job this was not personal to me everyone in our group felt the same For me too far away from Trapani 30 mins walk to get there. I have had surgery so might be fine for others.
