Pour ce week-end notre choix c est porté sur la maison palmier pour une sortie entre couple . Nous n avons malheureusement pas réservé mais l accueil et le besoin de nous mettre à l aise du maître d hôtel Alexandra nous as laissé sans voix . Elle nous as fait des propositions d entrées et de plats qui nous ont régalé. Elle était aidé par le serveur Francis qui as été à nos petits soins . Merci vraiment , nous oublierons pas de réserver la prochaine fois

Review of Villégiature Deux Rivières Resort The property itself is beautiful and the staff we interacted with were pleasant, but unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues in management and amenities. BBQ Rentals: There is no on-site BBQ available for guests. Instead, equipment must be rented at $15 per day. This would not have been a major issue if the equipment provided had been adequate, but it was not. Noise and Atmosphere: At night, the property was poorly managed. Other guests were extremely loud, and we even witnessed cars doing donuts late in the evening, which made the environment feel unsafe and disruptive. Reservation and Deposit Issues: Our group reserved three cottages, each paid for individually by three different families. At check-in, I was charged a $300 deposit without being told that this was the damage deposit covering all three cottages—not just my own. At checkout, we were told that a fork and knife were “missing,” though they had simply been left in the neighboring cottage. Despite this, staff threatened to withhold the deposit, which felt unfair and unprofessional. While the property has potential thanks to its location and friendly staff, the lack of proper management, unclear policies, and inadequate amenities made for a frustrating stay. Sadly, I would not return.

The site is a beautiful gem but sadly it end there. The bed was lumpy and not comfortable and in pretty bad shape, would not even put it in a camp, the pillows were not good either. The service was very cold, just asking how to get to the kitchen seemed to bug them, once at the kitchen for the included breakfast, there were a few dry bagels and waffles, not very appetizing and coffee was disgusting, I ended up going to Taza for a coffee and a bagel.

Breakfast was not up to standard. Dry bagels. Everything gluten and hardly any protein offerings. I didn’t even attempt the coffee. Scaffolding outside my window. Snack machine does not work. Too many stairs and awkward access. The manager is not a nice guy. Martin your customer care is awful. You will never get my business again.

Awesome place! The room and the bathroom were sparkled cleaned although not having the room carpeted would make it even more appealing. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature. The staff is professional and nice. It is an oasis of peace and contentment after a full day. The price is good and really affordable. A continental breakfast is served. I highly recommend.
