The place was nice and clean. Everything we needed was there. The leaves were beautiful this year! So glad we made the trip. **************************************************************************************************

Nice/newer place with a great view of the lake and well stocked full kitchen. We wound up preparing most meals and cooked out on the private charcoal grill. Furniture was uncomfortable (couch/chair) and bed squeaked when you moved. Appears place is well maintained.

Truly tranquil accommodation in a quiet setting with wonderful lake views- close to hiking trails. The homes leave nothing to be desired (except for a toaster perhaps) and Amelia’s Cafe offers lots of lovely treats and coffee specialties.

Beautiful resort! Beautiful location and 10-stars for the visit! We stayed in Cabin 6 for 2-nights in June and the cabin was gorgeous! More than we expected and the views and access to Lake Chatuge can't be beat! We will go back for sure! Thank you!

The Tranquille Resort met my expectations. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The location was scenic. The coffee shop offered a nice variety of sundries as well as coffee, wine, beer and prepared entrees for meals. Grills are available at each unit. Evening lighting and fire pit seating lovely and relaxing. The lake is not appealing for swim, but boating was available for rent. I'll look into returning one day. It's location to the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds is only 2 miles. The GMF has some great entertainment. Hiawassee is a cute little town to visit and explore.
