Very good location and quiet hotel . Hôtel bien situé et calme

The hotel location is excellent, close to all important attractions. Nearby are some great restaurants and bars, in a quiet neighborhood or you can be in 5 minutes in the busy area of the city. Rooms, courtyards and restaurant of the hotel are great. Good quality drinks in the nice Orangery! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, ready to assist you immediately. All in all, a 5 star experience.

Disappointing stay in a beautiful hotel The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. However A/C was not working. We addressed it with the front desk after our 1st night and they reassured us it would be fixed and setting adjusted so we could control it with a thermostat in our room. When we came to our room the 2nd evening the room was cool. But shortly after the air condition tuned off and the temperature rose to 25.6 degrees Celsius / 80F. We tried ti reach out to the front desk but were unable to, because the front desk is unstaffed from 11pm till 7am. Five star hotel should have functioning climate control and staff available to assist at all times

Excellent location, service, very special decor. We especially appreciated the attention and information that concierge “Nils” offered us. He pointed us in the direction of an excellent restaurant for dinner (Chien Fou) and made a reservation for us. He made us feel very welcome to this exquisite hotel, spoiled even! Special mention must be made of the bathroom, especially the shower. Very excellent decor and functionality. Kudos to the interior designers.

Quiet, well located property convenient to all part of town. The staff was happy and helpful. Breakfast was the best we had in two weeks travelling the Loire Valley. Our room was well-appointed and seemed very new. Recommend without qualification.

We spent three nights at Les Trésorières in March. We loved our stay. It was the shoulder season in the Loire Valley and we stayed during the week, so the hotel was very quiet. We had prepaid a “bed and breakfast special” and had a huge (especially by European standards) bedroom with a comfortable king bed and a large bathroom which included a gigantic tub. The hotel is very new. The hotel is in an excellent location, across the street from Les Halles where you can get wine, cheeses, meats, sweets, and so on. Parking is very close, with reserved spaces in the public garage and with inexpensive rates by hotel standards. Our room was very comfortable – the only issue we had is that it is was hard to properly cool down the room unless you opened a window. There was a fridge with complimentary (and replenished) waters and soft drinks, along with a mini Nespresso and tea kettle. (We just wish they provided a corkscrew in the room instead of having to traipse down to the bar for one!) There was a good-sized safe in the room. Wifi was excellent. In the bathroom, the shower temperature control and water were great, and there were very nice Clarins bath products. The hotel has a nice little fitness center and a beautiful indoor pool, sauna and steam room – we were really sad we didn’t bring our swimsuits! There is an extensive private outdoor courtyard which would be lovely to hang out in the summer. The hotel has a cute little bar. Breakfast was wonderful, with a wide assortment of pastries, fruits, yogurts, cereals, meats, cheeses, hot breakfast-y dishes, eggs to order, and coffees. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. All in all, we would highly recommend Les Trésorières to anyone wanting to stay in a lovely new hotel in the area.
