盧瓦爾城堡之家飯店

Nous avons été agréablement accueillis avec de bons conseils pour cette étape de voyage. La situation de l'hôtel est vraiment idéale pour découvrir la ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le personnel est attentif. Bravo à l'équipe. Les chambres sont impeccables, la salle de bain date un peu côté décoration mais est impeccable côté propreté et pratique. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour une famille.

Petit hôtel très bien situé, au centre de Tours,avec parking sécurisé à 50 mètres.Cadre ancien dans l'esprit du terroir,bonne literie,propreté impeccable,baignoire à disposition...Sans parler du personnel sympathique et aux petits soins....

Hôtel centre ville de Tours, près de la vieille ville et des restos, on peut tout faire à pied, le tram est à proximité Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute Vous pouvez y séjourner sans problème

We’ve stayed here a couple of times over the years but NEVER again. We seem to have been unlucky to book a stay the night before the Tours marathon. The hotel seems to be full of very inconsiderate runners who have made sure that everyone in the hotel has been awake since 5:30am. The hotel is old and the rooms are not soundproofed in any way. Doors have been continuously slammed for hours, people knocking on doors and calling out names, every step trodden on the creaking staircase can be heard, and every pee and toilet flush from the rooms around can be heard as well. I know we have been unlucky on this occasion but any guest making noise can be heard by other rooms around. Definitely not conducive to a good nights sleep. It’s a shame we weren’t warned about this at the time of booking.

Chose this hotel mainly for it’s location and access to a private courtyard for our motorbikes. Rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit too small and the shower quickly became a wet room due to the configuration of the room itself. Breakfast was simple but very good, especially the scrambled eggs.
