Enjoyed my stay here. It is 5min walk to the main train station, but is a 10-15 min to the main shopping area. Staff were very helpful and assisted when I had encountered a personal problem. Room was clean and comfortable but small (as usual).

Three day trip to Tours, France. Hotel is very close to the main train station and easily walkable to all of the main attractions and shopping. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and self-service everything. Check in guy was a little brusque but everyone else was friendly and helpful.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Artiste hotel. The cleaners were incredibly thorough and cleaned the room every day as if spring cleaned. Disappointed there was no dining or even lunch option, but the bar is always serviced by desk personnel and breakfast buffet was extensive. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and language was never an issue.

La chambre supérieur est très bien. Propre et agréable. Lit confortable.
Petit dej plutôt sympa. Large choix de produits salés, plusieurs variétés de pains, petit cakes et petites crêpes côtés sucre.
Personnel sympa. Par contre j ai demandé une chambre au dernier étage. On m'a mis au 1er sous prétexte que c'était plein. J'ai indiqué avoir eu une validation pour cette demande alors on m'a trouvé une chambre au dernier. J'avais eu aussi demandé loin de l'ascenseur et on m'a donné la chambre en face de l'ascenseur sous prétexte que c était plein. Sujet clos !

Spacious rooms (especially in Europe, where rooms are usually tiny!!!) and close to train station (4min walk). Walkable to restaurants in the charming downtown area (about 20min walk).

We had an excellent stay. Everything was perfect. We will be back! Great hotel for a longer stay. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is great and location is perfect.
