奧賽飯店

Warm, welcoming & helpful at reception despite being 15 minutes before standard booking-in time. I requested a garden room (as opposed to street facing), which wasn't quite ready but they suggested I could leave my luggage whilst they hoovered & changed a light fitting. The room was small, but adequate for my 2 night stay, the double bed firm but comfortable. The 'buts': in this tech-heavy world more than 2 plug sockets (one of which has a lamp in) on the opposite side of the room to the bed would have been useful, as would a voile/blind at the window - either curtains opened (to full view) or closed whilst changing is not ideal. The bathroom :( I pointed out the problem above the bath to the workman changing the light fitting - he said they were aware of it - there had been a leak in the roof due to rain. That the stained towel etc were still there some 5 hours later (I'm not convinced my room had been hoovered either) is not really acceptable... General impression: the rooms do not live up to the standard of the Reception, the decor is tatty & dated. The d'Orsay needs to up its game & refurbish the rooms - 505 should not be re-used until the problem above & in the bathroom has been rectified at the very least.

I wanted a reasonably priced comfortable hotel near to the train station just for one final night before I had to catch the airport bus. The staff were all very polite, the room was fairly basic but it was clean and had an on suite bathroom. One criticism that I have is at the location and number of sockets to plug in my phone/ alarm and iPad. There was not a plug near to the bed so I had to plug my phone (that is my alarm) in the other side of the room. I find this an issue in a lot of hotels these days. I would stay here again though. There is a beautiful shared garden at the back of the hotel.

Pour les points positifs de cet hotel vous avez l emplacement qui est très bien desservi , en face de la gare Matabiau et a proximité du centre ville mais pour le reste, les chambres sont vraiment très médiocre, pour le petit déjeuner quand la majorité des hôtels sont revenus au buffet , il profite encore du covid pour vous proposez après avoir noté sur un cahier, seulement un croissant par ci un œuf par là pour faire des économies sur le dos des clients.C est vraiment honteux....

非常靠近火車站，但位於巴亞德街周圍的簡陋社區之外。工作人員很友好，英文沒問題。美味的現場早餐，現點現做。房間不大，但有你需要的一切。

這是一家可愛的小酒店，我每次訪問圖盧茲都會嘗試使用它，它就在馬塔比奧火車站和巴士站對面。工作人員非常樂於助人。房間雖小，但一塵不染，舒適安靜。不過，如果行李很多的話，電梯可能會是個挑戰！強烈推薦。

La chambre était confortable, très propre. L'accueil très agréable. Le seul petit bémol, le petit-déjeuner avec un choix restreint et le volume élevé de la télévision dans la salle du petit-déjeuner. Situation idéale pour qui voyage en train.
