我非常喜歡住在OKKO酒店土倫中心。這家酒店地理位置優越,提供美味的小吃和飲料,並擁有新的設施。這是最好的打擊!酒店工作人員也很棒。他們總是那麼善良和溫柔。我確信下次去土倫時我會住在旅館裏。

Le camere nn sono quelle che fanno vedere nelle foto del sito . Inoltre le stanze sono sporche . L’asciugacapelli nn funzionava , la porta del bagno nn chiudeva . Stanze anche piccole nn potevi neppure tenere la valigia aperta . Il personale cordiale . Colazione nn proprio abbondante . Nn ci tornerei e nn lo consiglio

來土倫開會，6天住在這家酒店。 這邊的酒店沒法和國內的同檔次比，價格800 ， 其實就是國內老款快捷酒店的水平，如果你住過北京北四環北五環的如家、七天之類，基本上就一個水平了。 不過衛生情況可能好一些。但法國的酒店都沒有一次性洗漱用品，拖鞋也沒有（這點很坑），礦區水一天衹給一瓶，如果你開動了衹喝了半天，第二天可能不給你。 不過我一個人住，很簡單，沒什麼要求，6天衹需要他們打掃了3次，總體還好吧。 土倫就這麼，500米有家樂福，旁邊有幾個教堂，購物和酒吧也都方便。但是這邊的街道都很窄，房子都很老、小、舊，你想象成中國中部省份的鄉鎮就是了。 就這樣

I stayed one night on a quick business trip to Toulon. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on this. However, the hotel is centrally located and convenient for me to attend my meetings on foot after arrival. Parking in the railway car park is a little complicated (though I had stayed in the hotel previously) and the process for booking in advance, which has changed in January 2023, was not explained in the welcome email I was sent (just a QR code attachment). Otherwise the hotel is perfect for a quick business trip to Toulon. I will use again.

La chambre est de taille suffisante avec tout l’équipement nécessaire dont la climatisation. Petit déjeuner de grande qualité servi de 6h à 10h. L’accès à la piscine (dans l’hôtel Ibis sur le même parking) est un vrai plus. C’est un excellent hôtel que nous gardons sous la main dans l’éventualité d’un nouveau séjour dans le sud.

Unbelievably disappointed with this hotel and a majority of its staff. We experienced a tragic void of cleanliness, professionalism and hospitality during our entire stay at the Mercure Hotel in Toulon, France. Unfortunately, our fruitless attempts to resolve these issues directly with on-site management (which does not exist) and corporate personnel (impossible to contact) leave us feeling violated of our dignity and robbed of our time and money. We hope the following information will help others in the future, including travelers, hospitality staff, Sébastien Bazin, Gilles Pélisson, and the like. CLEANLINESS: Upon our arrival, we could literally see dust and dirt on all of the shelves, counter tops, balconies and floors of the hotel and room. Even the carpet in the room was so dirty it stained the bottom of our clean socks. The toilet room smelled bad, like, well, a used toilet. We politely asked for it to be cleaned, however, no one ever came, not even to freshen up the room at any point during our stay. COMFORT: The air conditioning did not work in our room, ever. When we spoke to the front desk staff about the sweltering temperature of 90 degrees F in our room (even though the thermostat read 16 C) and were informed to “leave the room for awhile to let it work”. We left at 3:30PM and returned at 11PM to a less sweltering temperature of 85 degrees F in our room. We asked staff member available, Alexi/Alex at the front desk, if he could fix the thermostat. He begrudgingly came to take a look and was profusely sweating after one minute in the room. He could not turn on the air conditioning even though the thermostat read the same 16C. He said we could open the window, but that would just let in the bugs in and turn off the air completely. He also suggested we leave the room to wait 15 minutes for it to turn on…? Given that that strategy did not work when suggested earlier, we asked for a different room with working air conditioning. He laughed at us and said no because it would not make his manager happy. We said we would happily speak to the manager about the issue and he laughed again, said no, and stated management is not available on the weekends. We then asked for some sort of a solution and Alexi/Alex appeared annoyed and said “there is nothing to be done” and that he had to get back to his “other duties” at the hotel. Turns out it was actually the end of his shift and he did not want to stay any longer that his end time to deal with this problem. We noted that the sheets and bedding were surprisingly all polyester, which doesn’t breathe like cotton, and acts like a heat conductor and made it more difficult to achieve sleep. He laughed again and said all the rooms are the same and there is nothing to be done. We went back to the front desk to ask for help from the next staff member and found that the only person available was a very kind, intelligent security guard named Cherkre(sp?).
