The main apartment is on the first floor and the separate apartment on the ground floor. The main apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, the newly furnished spacious kitchen, the spacious living room and the large balcony in front of it. The main apartment is usually designed for up to 5 people. However, another person can easily sleep on the sofa bed in the living room if necessary. In the granny flat there are 2 further bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 large living room. From this living room you can also enjoy a great view of the lake. The granny flat cannot be booked individually, but only optionally with the main apartment. This ensures that you as a guest use the house completely and that your privacy does not interfere with other guests. The entire equipment / furnishing of the house is, except for the new kitchen, in the style of the 60s and 70s. This also gives the house its typical Italian charm. On the large terrace at the back of the house, between olive trees and Orleanders, there is a fireplace grill with a large dining area and dining table. Loungers for the terrace are also provided for you there. In addition, an outdoor shower has been installed in this area. A good way to freshen up in hot temperatures. The pizzeria "Rustichel" and the Ristorante "Belvedere" can be easily reached on foot. From the house to Maderno it takes 20 minutes to walk. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to get to the beautiful beaches of Toscolano Maderno.
