"You are charged daily for parking in the lot, the pool is a street over, bed was super hard, couldn’t sleep on it and my sons room had bed bugs. No compensation, and told they couldn’t find any. He switched rooms and didn’t get anymore bits. Asked to pay tax in cash, a little shady if you ask me."

"we had a lovely first couple of days after checking in but it did sadly go down hill from there. The staff began to ignore us in the dining hall, checking on all the tables round us but never coming over to us to see if everything was okay or even if we wanted a drink. i don’t want to assume but i have a feeling it was because we were the only British couple there. The atmosphere did not make us feel the most welcome and comfortable, making us not wanting to leave our room and making us wanting to dine elsewhere after paying for the all inclusive. we understand there is a language barrier but we did try our best to communicate in the local language. However the food was better than most self served style buffets offering a wide range of food."

"The Location was incredible, good colour theme and overall a warm and welcoming place. The Atmosphere is inviting, calm, and overall clean. The rooms are a little small, yes, but it’s undeniably beautiful, having a beach view! It has quite the good price for what it offers also! The noise level was high, but in a good way, as it was mostly our fault😅. Service was impeccable, with people ready to make amends to help us out, and overall being kind to us! The amenities were scrumptious, with good food, and good service too! Truly deserved all the five stars! (I’d like to deeply apologise for my last review, a friend who I will not name had told me to post it out of spite. Here’s a TRUE review for a hotel so brightly, beautifully designed!"
