I’m a big fan of the Canopy brand in general, but I have a hard time loving this particular Canopy. It seems like it’s designed more to look great than to be great. For example, the electric controls next to the bed are unnecessarily complicated— there’s about 9 buttons to control different lights and shades and things, and it isn’t easily usable. You have to hunt through all of them and try to remember the difference between the sconce light and the halo. It’s needlessly complex and that makes it harder to use. There is also a motion-activated night light under the bed, so if you get up in the middle of the night, it shines a light for you, which isn’t great if your partner if sleeping or even if you yourself want to try to go back to sleep. The night light is hyper sensitive, so it activates even if you just lay in bed and dangle your leg down. And there’s no way to disable it. If you don’t want lights going off every time you get out of bed, you have to shove a pillow under the bed to block the motion sensor or cover up the light. I love the filtered water/ice stations (one of my favorite parts about canopy hotels!) but the ones I used here seemed a lot more temperamental than others. You have to hold your water bottle at exactly the perfect angle before water will dispense, but since there’s no instructions, you have to poke around til you figure it out. There’s no little shelf in the shower stall, so if you bring your own toiletries, you have to either put them on the shower floor or balance them on top of the wall-mounted toiletry bottles. I also didn’t love that there’s no door on the bathroom and only frosted glass around the toilet cubicle. The bed was great — very comfy — and the blackout shades were an excellent touch. Very convenient location, close to the subway. And the decor is beautiful, very sleek and bright. It just all feels like it was designed without any context of how a guest will actually interact with all these things.

因為多倫多中心假日酒店地處市中心，寸土寸金，所以，房間不大，衞生條件也不錯，服務有些中規中矩，房間沒有熱水提供，如果需要熱水壺，需要另外跟前台申請。此酒店最大的優勢就是出行十分方便，旁邊就是506有軌電車和college地鐵站，距離機場也就40多分鐘車程，價格雖然相對貴些，但也值得。

房間很大，衞生很好，安靜，床品舒適，離中國城很近，樓下就是飯店，非常方便，車停在隔壁的停車場了，價格便宜一點。整體滿意。

很美的一家酒店。大堂高挑，頭頂彷彿雪花飄落。房中的掛畫、工藝品凝重大氣。 洗浴備品為Le Labo。 設淋浴房，和米白色的大浴缸。 位於多倫多最高端的社區Yorkville。 地鐵站Bloor-Yonge站外400米。

總體建議：推薦喜歡交通方便，對酒店條件要求中等的人選擇這裏。 衞生：總體情況尚可，床上至少沒有出現污漬和頭髮。 環境：市中心的酒店，交通條件是最大重點。周圍各種吃喝玩樂都很方便，離地鐵和eaton也很近。 服務：標準服務，打掃及時，有需求隨時響應。 設施：總體設施偏老舊。

Great hotel, centrally located with easy access to the path. Staff were very helpful and the room was better than expected. Will book again.

酒店地理位置非常好，在市中心，旁邊就是伊頓購物中心，走路20多分鐘就是唐人街，吃東西非常方便！酒店本身也不錯，有重新裝修過，剛開始入住時給的是很小的窗子房間，不是我們預訂的房型，並且有味道！後來經過我們自己和攜程的協調後，立刻帶領我們去看房間，並換了我們原來預訂的房型，但是酒店卻説要升級費，後來攜程承擔了這筆費用！所以整體還算滿意、酒店打掃的很乾凈！我很滿意！而且每天都有打掃！至於景色因為是17樓不算高，所以也沒有什麼景色，我們朝向是酒店大堂入口處，看到的都是樓房！

酒店位置好，離聯合車站近，從機場出來坐UP列車直達聯合車站，去尼亞加拉大瀑布也在聯合車站坐火車，從聯合車站走到酒店300多米，住了5天，基本上走路到商業區，商場，唐人街，各個城市的景區，酒店環境也錯，三部電梯，房間寬敞，每天客房清理，我們沒讓服務員清理，但是每天換毛巾等等，前台入住和退房很快，問他們一些問題，非常耐心的幫助我們解答，值得再來。

Possibly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. However, I can’t give full 5 stars to Hotel St. Regis Toronto for reasons that I’ll explain later. On the subject of location, the Hotel St. Regis in Toronto is in a very fantastic location in downtown Toronto with many of the city’s main sights and attractions (CN Tower, St. Lawrence’s Market and Yonge-Dundas square) all within short walking distance from this hotel. Readily accessible through RideShare apps too. Regarding staff, they were super friendly and helpful, in our experience. We initially had some debit card issues at check-in and admittedly, we should have been better-prepared for the credit card culture in North America. Thankfully, St. Regis were very flexible and our debit card issues were eventually resolved. I’m truly impressed by how accommodating St. Regis are for those of us who are from places that very rarely use credit cards. The offer of complimentary water at check-in was also appreciated. The housekeeping team, especially the Filipinos, were very thorough, kept our suite spotless and respected guest privacy. And on check-out experience, this is where St. Regis Toronto loses points for me. The check-out process took way longer than what is typically expected especially for a 5-star location (should be ＜10 min but took about 30 min for us). Unfortunately, a bit of the little time we have left in Toronto was wasted. What’s also disappointing was this time, there was no offer of complimentary drinks (even tap water, which is free and generally safe to drink in Toronto) while we wait. Admittedly, the staff seemed overwhelmed and visibly stressed during the time we were trying to check-out but I hope the situation improves for the St. Regis Toronto team in the future. On the atmosphere, it was magnificent and luxurious. These two words came to mind when we first entered the lobby. The grandiose look of Hotel St. Regis in Toronto permeated the whole building, from the hallways to our suite. In terms of our room, we booked the Grand Suite which was on the 28th floor and the views from up there, especially at night, were phenomenal. Our suite was very spacious and generally had plenty of storage room. St. Regis Toronto also loses some points here when it comes to storage since we found that there was insufficient storage space for cold items and there was no freezer either. The heated floors and the walk-in shower were also fantastic. The accent wall, mood lighting, clever use of marble for the room design and chandeliers were wonderful touches too, contributing to the luxurious atmosphere of this hotel. The living area of the Grand Suite was our favourite area, especially at night. I’m going to mention the views from the Grand Suite again as they were truly spectacular. On the online engagement. at the time of writing, I found the low level of engagement by St. Regis Toronto with online reviewers here at Google disappointing.
