多倫多Soho飯店(SoHo Hotel Toronto)

Staff was nice and attentive. The showers were not getting hot water (warm at best). The grounds and area outside of the property was not very plausible with a homeless camp nearby and in view. But that’s out of the control of the hotel. Recommend the items in fridge be included/ free. The other mini bar selections seem somewhat fairly priced.

I had a great time celebrating my birthday at this property as everything I needed was there for my stay cation vibe as they sent in card and macaroon treats too celebrating my birthday to accommodating a place for my birthday dinner in there dining at morretti highly recommend would love to come back for future holidays!

El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, está en una zona muy accesible. Sin embargo creo que tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad y sobretodo en lo que se refiere al servicio, especialmente el room service ya que los alimentos son bastante malos y excesivamente caros. Me llevaron una orden que yo no pedí, muy mal presentada e incompleta por un costo de 80 dlls canadienses.

Liked everything about the SoHo. We were able to check in when we arrived at 10:30 AM that doesn’t happen often. Received an upgraded room which was really nice. Loved the heated bathroom floor. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Huge safety concerns after our stay! Last night after 11 I went to grab my Uber eats, elevator going down did not work, called down and desk said it was working, after waiting a bit I attempted to locate the stairwell. It’s unmarked and leads you to a completely other building where you feel lost and disoriented. When I exited I was 2 buildings down and say firetrucks and people outside the hotel that couldn’t get in. But the scary part was people inside couldn’t get out. If there was a fire they would of all been trapped inside. After finally being let into the restaurant door, we still couldn’t use the elevator and no one knew where the stairwell was to get to the rooms, even the Toronto firefighters said this building js unsafe if people needs to evacuate from Upper floors. Also my child was up on the 3rd floor alone while I was trying to figure out what was going on! After an hour a staff member took us behind the desk to a long hallway which eventually turned into a stairwell. This was not a stairwell that was marked usuable to patrons of the hotel! Please make your buildings safer, j would sports full refund for this!

Soho Elevator did not work Light flashing maintenance Key pass didn’t work three times in elevator then needed during day. Had to walk up stairs through staff area Stairwells we’re dirty with cans and garbage Front hotel door not working Ended up in back alley by garbages Steam room leaking on head

It was a very enjoyable experience and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay Downtown

Hotel was very nice. Only complaint was the water temperature.....shower temp never got over like warm.
