We chose the SOHO because of the proximity to Rogers Centre an the entertainment district. We showed up 4 hrs before check-in and the staff had a room ready within an hour of our arrival. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs in the area. We walked everywhere and not once felt unsafe, day or night. This hotel is definitely on our favourites list for our yearly trips to Toronto for ball games.

Have stayed at SOHO Hotel a few times and it’s always a great experience. Customer service is exceptional …a special thank you to “Susie” who checked us in and was so helpful ….and always has a mega-watt smile when greeting you! Th only for an enjoyable stay.

The room was very spacious with a large bathroom. Wish we stayed longer to take advantage of the nice bathtub. Stayed one night for a concert. The hotel is very close to the venue which was very convenient. It is also not far from the train station so we were able to walk there before catching our train. Would stay here again if I was attending an event at the same venue. The air conditioning was not super strong so we found it a bit hot to sleep at night. Otherwise, the room was very good.

They were very accomodating, we got there a little early but still got to check in, also parking is very easy and safe.
