多倫多機場桑德曼簽名飯店(Sandman Signature Toronto Airport Hotel)

호텔 화장실 세면대가 물이안내려가서 직원한테 물어보니 리모델링해야된다고 방을바꾸라고 했 습니다. 너무피곤해서 그냥쓰겠다고하고 사용했는데 너무 불편했어요. 다시는 이용안할거 같아요. 그리고 데포짓이 아직 환불 안되고 있어요

Booked this hotel knowing I had a flight coming in from Cuba late. Did not get to hotel until 5 am in the morning. They put us in a nice room but at 8 am in the morning the construction started. Then we went to use the washroom and there was no water. Absolutely ridiculous given the hotel was not busy that the reception person would put us in that room and furthermore they would turn off the water without any warning. We got dressed after 3 hours sleep and went to get a refund and drive 2.5 hours sleep. Yes the hotel is beautiful but clearly they have no idea how to manage their guests and the ongoing construction. Would never go again to the hotel

Late night arrival from airport… would take direct reservations over phone was trying to get baggage etc & had to book on my own (while multi tasking!!) Booked (accidentally through *******) but normally would prefer to book direct. Waited for shuttle from airport to hotel, only to find out I had to call to request. Another 30 minute wait!! When he showed up, driver told me to lift my bag from curb… after parking considerable distance from curb (minor, but with all other issues, worth mentioning) Upon arrival front desk (3 of them) standing there. When mentioning to the girl (who I likely first spoke to on phone) the frustration of being told to book the room on line & no mention of requesting shuttle, didn’t seem to care. Confirmed restaurant would be open until 1 am. Upon arrival in room: Reported tap in tub not dripping - running constantly! Found towel & soap in bottom of tub upon entry - maybe to cushion sound??? No one came to fix. When I called to see if we could order something from restaurant at 11:35, was told they closed at 11 & last call was 11:30 - no accommodation or suggestion made! Called front desk again, advised of restaurant closure, it was suggested to Uber something to eat…I advised there were no menus or pamphlets or info book for area suggestions. Man graciously came to door with a pizza menu. When asked if there were any canteen machines, he mentioned food market beside front desk. No microwave in room to cook oatmeal!!! NEVER AGAIN!

The hotel itself was fine. The front desk staff were not helpful anytime called to check airport shuttle time. They were rude when asking to book shuttle in the morning. Room was cleaned earlier in the day and someone tried to enter without knocking or announcing themselves. Booked this hotel for the shuttle, it was terrible and would not recommend. And entering a room for no reason without knocking us completely unacceptable. Would not recommend staying here if flying into Toronto.

The shuttle driver from the airport is very rude, he was throwing the bags out of the van. Front desk are not friendly. The room had construction noise and then a test fire alarm went on for almost 10 minutes, and the fridge was very loud and noisy. I recorded all the noises. DO NOT STAY here it’s a 2 star at best

The condition of the room was not clean. There was food left in the fridge from the previous guest, coffee had not been replaced ( called for this to be fixed and food removed which they did within about 15 mins) but the fridge was covered in crumbs etc. No attempt to clean it at all just a guy who dropped off the coffee ( no condiments to go with it) and grabbed the food package from the fridge. The bathroom vanity mirror was burnt out and the entrance hallway to the adjoining restaurant Moxie’s was covered in garbage and the floor was filthy. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
