愛德華國王歐姆尼飯店(The Omni King Edward Hotel)

歴史ある雰囲気のいいホテルといった感じで、全体的にスタッフの感じが良く、滞在中よくこまめに声をかけて下さいました。お部屋も素敵で文句なく快適なホテルでした。 朝はロビーにコーヒーが用意されていたり、ホテル内のレストランでアラカルトの朝食(有料)も利用可能、近くに素敵なカフェもあり便利な場所です。 アメニティは近隣のホテルのレビューなどを見ても歯ブラシやスリッパはないかもと思い持参しましたがやはりありませんでした。また今回の部屋は洋服を納められる棚はあるものの吊るすスペースやハンガーがめずらしくありませんでした。2泊の滞在でカジュアルな服しか持参していない私達は問題ありませんでしたがスーツなど必要な方はホテルに確認した方がいいかもしれません。 初めてのカナダなのに、今回ホテルを探す時間が十分なく前日に同価格帯の安定の大手ホテルとだけ比べ迷いましたが、写真や僅かな日本人の口コミに何となく惹かれて予約しました。結果ここにしてよかったですし、また次回もぜひ利用したいです。

This Hotel is one of the Best in Toronto , it was our first time there , we have 3 teenaged kids and we’re accommodated in two connecting rooms ; spacious clean and very beautiful , customer service of the whole staff is a step up from other hotels ,excellent value, excellent location I am very happy for our choice and will definately come back and is highly recommended

My room was really dark with inadequate lighting. The plug points were poorly situated. I had to stand by the window to get light for the conference calls I was on. I went to the bar for two meals. Service was sub-par. In the first instance I had lunch and had to wait to be served and to get the bill although. there were n't too many customers. Second, I had dinner with some clients. They had ordered some drinks which werent well made and although the server took back the drinks, we had to observe painfully as the bar tended cussed about having to change the drinks. The gentlemen at the Valet and the concierge were wonderfully caring and wonderful.

Halls were noisy with people even until 1 am; couldn’t sleep, kept waking up. Definitely not a pleasant experience after a long drive from nyc. I thought I booked a nice hotel so the minimum expectation was a nice and quiet stay. I complained and they basically just said they were fully booked and apologized. Also they have a 150cad pet fee, pls note.

I love staying at the Omni King Edward. Location, details, helpful friendly staff. This time, however, there was a strong perfume smell in my room, coming from both closets. I believe some kind of deodorizing powder was put on the carpet in the closets, and it permeates everything. I didn’t put anything in my closets because the smell was too strong. I stayed 4 nights and when I got home, the smell had permeated all of my belongings.

It was a beautiful place to stay, especially to celebrate my birthday with my husband. It was a spacious room with beautiful classic decor, and all the amenities were very comfortable. And the location was ideal, surrounded by many very nice restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

This property is not a 5 star hotel. I can show you the pictures and ask for $10 for Wi-Fi is cheap it should be included in the price. I ask for discount and they said to take it with you, because I reserved the room though a third party
