Cleanness was not great, we had some bugs in the hotel and we all came back scratching ourselves and got spots. My Mrs and daughter were struggling. They only clean the toilet and if you want them to clean the room you have to ask them one night before. I advised them on our second day but they said they will clean on third day even then it was not cleaned. Receiption guy usually work on days was really rude. Although he provided us iron but his behaviour was not right. Made me shocked on second day by saying that I have to check out as my booking as per their record was only two night I shown him my booking which was 4 days still he was not accepting and informs me that he will check and let me know. He finish the shift and not left any message for me. We stayed there 4 nights. First day we went for breakfast but quality was not good, no fry egg or amlate, only boiled egg, low quality bred and jams etc. not a good value for money.

Come Hotel di appoggio per i parchi Disney va bene...ottima la location vicino alla metro...e al centro commerciale....forse sarebbe meglio mettere una doccia invece della vasca....un armadio non sarebbe male....un piccolo frigo in camera ....per il resto Hotel accettabile senza infamia e senza lode...

Bij het ontbijt kan het erg druk zijn. Mensen doen hun best om alles aan te vullen. Soms moet je dan heel even wachten op een bord of een beker. Wel is het als je om 10 uur komt dat er eigenlijk niks meer wordt aangevuld en je het met de restjes moet doen.
