託波爾希卡溫泉-威斯納飯店

Sono stato all'Hotel Vesna per una settimana ad Agosto col trattamento di mezza pensione. La camera era al 5 piano, buona anche se un po' datata. Molto buone le piscine, sia quella coperta che quella scoperta con sdraio e lettini e la sauna e la palestra. Il servizio ristorante era veramente abbondante e vario sia a colazione che a cena ed era completamente a buffet con diverse proposte. Un po' cara l'acqua (5 euro un litro) ma ci può stare essendo l'unico servizio a pagamento per la cena. Il personale è molto gentile e preparato: prova a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Spero di tornarci!

Regretfully I must give just 2* to the hotel Vesna because it is worse every year. Some rooms are renovated but most of them aren't. They are so very dated that they don't deserve even 1*. Floor dirty and couldn't be cleaned any more, windows old - I think they haven't been renovated and painted from the opening, beds unconfortable and need to be replaced as it is almost imposible to sleep, bathroom dated, shower very small and too high to step in, no refrigerator in the room althoug there is a place for it etc. Wardrobe big enoug thoug. Food very plane and average. It was be better before. Organisation awfull. New staff on the reception doesn't know how to work, therapies totals desorganised, the elevator to the hotel Mladika didn't work, so no way to get there (only if you get out). Internet very bad. Many times there is no connection at all. You even cannot pay the bill with a credit card if the internet is not workihg. The only positive thing is very, very kind and smiling personel at the therapies, the quality of the therapies and some old personel at the reception. And a big plus for the shop at the hotel althoug it is private and not part of the hotel. And they have a problem with the internet too as they are connected to the hotel internet for card payments.

Als wir die Reise gebucht hatten, war von einem großen Outdoorbereich die Rede. Nach der Bezahlung erfuhren wir, dass der Outdoorbereich geschlossen hat. Im Internet wird immer noch damit geworben. Das Hotel mit 5 Etagen ist leider mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem sind zwei Etagen als Sanatorium oder Rehazentrum eingerichtet. Davon wurde der Urlauber vorher auch nicht informiert. Das geht für ein Hotel gar nicht. Der Betreiber sollte entscheiden, ob er ein Hotel od. ein Rehazentrum betreibt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Das Abendessen war leider das ganze Gegenteil und entsprach nicht dem Angebot im Internet. Essen teils tot gekocht, Fleisch hart. Für ein Hotel unakzeptabel. Das Personal in der Therme war höflich und zuvorkommend. Nur die Therme bedarf einer Sanierung. In diesem Hotelzustand würden wir hier nicht wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.

Sito ingannevole: nessuna animazione, nessuna serata a tema, mancano i distributori automatici di cibi e bevande, l'italiano non lo capiscono, la mostra d'arte é obbrobriosa. Si sono dimenticati di scrivere che è un ospedale per anziani (2 e 3 piano con lettini da ospedale), che si cena dalle 18 alle 20 e che pure il cibo è pessimo, peggio della mensa ospedaliera. Pasta super cotta e tutto è senza sale. Ottimo per chi non riesce a stare a dieta e vuole digiunare. Tavoli non apparecchiati, camerieri che si dimenticano le ordinazioni. A terra c'è ancora la moquette, in 5 giorni la camera non è mai stata pulita. Ci siamo grattati tutta la notte, in mezzo a tutta quella sporcizia ci saranno in omaggio pidocchi e piattole. Il bagno è vecchio, sporco e senza aspiratore e puzza perennemente di cadavere putrefatto. Alle 8.30 le donne delle pulizie si appendono alla porta e bussano finché non ti svegliano e si limitano a spruzzare un deodorante e a mettere gli shampoo monodose. Questa è per loro la pulizia. Sauna inesistente, palestra con 1 tapisroulant e pochi pesi, nulla a che vedere con quella che si vede nelle foto del sito. Consiglio a tutti di provare l'infuso di insetti che galleggiano nel succo di arancia. Ah e se per colazione siete abituati a mangiare dolci, dimenticateli. Solo all'inglese. Unica scelta, mini croissant. La frutta proposta è mezza marcia e se soffrite di stitichezza portate in borsa lassativi e supposte perché la verdura è praticamente sempre la stessa : insalata, rape, pomodori e cipolla. Pessimo è dir poco, non fatevi ingannare e soprattutto se avete bambini non portateli in mezzo a tanta sporcizia.
