The room was clean and cosy, and very comfortable. The common areas were inviting and there was lots of information available about the area. Breakfast was really lovely, everything was fresh and the conversation very enlightening - thank you!

While the building was lovely if a bit shabby and the Stickley furniture collection impressive, the greeting upon arrival was cold and unfriendly. The request for a non-egg breakfast was ignored. The location was very difficult to locate as the GPS does not pick up private roads and it's in a remote place. This B&B was not worth the money.

We spent four days at this cozy retreat in Topanga Canyon and left with great memories. It is far enough away to be an escape but close enough to enjoy areas such as Malibu, Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades. The family was warm and welcoming and prepared a filling breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed the spacious common area and views all around. This was our first time in Topanga and if we are fortunate to come back, we will stay here again.

A total Gem ! I was visiting the area for a retreat and needed to stay nearby for one night. We found this beautiful comfortable quiet spot, complete with all of the amenities and a fabulous breakfast as well. Beds are comfortable, pillows are great, its clean, it's cozy and quiet, plenty of privacy. The on site manager is the adult son of the family that built the home in the 80s. He was friendly and we felt so at home in this BB. I would FOR SURE go back when in the area. Topanga Canyon is a unique hippie community around hiking trails and gorgeous mountain scenery just a few miles from the most beautiful beaches in California. If you're looking for a unique spot this is IT !

I did do a review the first time I stayed but it disappeared so here's a new one. We've been here twice and both times we had a great nights sleep. It's wonderfully peaceful with no passing traffic. The beds are very comfortable. The place is immaculately clean and the houses furnished tastefully with their wonderful family artwork on the walls. The community breakfasts there are fun but Cafe 27 is just up the road if you don't want to commit to a breakfast time. Christian met us and checked us in and was very helpful with local info. We found the place easily using the directions on the confirmation. Parking is tricky but doable.

Beautiful place. A little of the beaten path but well worth it. It's part of the charm. Spacious common area with nice clean bedrooms. Definitely not a cookie cutter chain type place. Warren the owner is fascinating. This was unexpectedly a highlight of our trip.

Three beautifully situated Spanish style, Bed And Breakfast outside of the canyon, unfortunately, it was only for one night due to business travel. This is definitely a must return destination, I’m sorry that I had to leave so quickly due to business travel. Oren and his staff were exceptional. Car service was difficult to find at 6 AM in, Warren the owner came at 7 AM to pick me up and drive me to my destination. It was very kind and hospitable of him. The house was very well-maintained, however, you go for the picturesque view and the peacefulness.

The setting, the amenities, and the views are a rare combination in urban LA. Warren the host is a courtly cultured raconteur of interesting local lore and personal experiences. Was my fourth stay and will not be my last!

We found the inn easily but we did go in daylight. No problem getting our Tesla up the hill. Christian came out to greet us and made us feel very welcome. Our room and en-suite was immaculately clean. My hubby was worried that they wouldn’t have AC but fortunately they do! We had a great nights sleep. We loved the attention to detail with the 1909 Stickley furnishings, art work and photographs. The communal breakfast was delicious and it was fun chatting to the other guests. We only stayed one night but we’re planning to go back as the Topanga Shakespeare Co ‘Theatricum Botanicum’ is nearby, and we’ve enjoyed many a play there.
