There is still clean up happening. For beach access we recommend going up to Malibu. Also, the main floor bathroom, the shower only is functioning, but the removable shower head can be used to fill the tub. We are working on sourcing the parts for the European fixtures. No AC or heat at this time. There is a fireplace and space heaters. We are hoping to install mini splits soon!
