The "Tonto House" is your perfect home base for all your outdoor adventures! Rejuvenate your spirit with clean air and breath taking views of Tonto Basin and two mountain ranges all from your patio. The Tonto House borders the Tonto National Forest and provides the serinity you need to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Secluded yet minutes to gas and groceries. Tonto House offers fun for the whole family with a full size billiards table, Horse Shoe Pit, Bat mitten and Bean bag in the Hole game. Inside a separate lounge room with big screen TV is a cozy place for entertainment or just relaxing and talking about the days adventures. After a day of fun and memories, the patio is the perfect place to unwind, barbecue and enjoy your favorite beverage around the fire pit. The Tonto House is the place where special times and good memories happen!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Tonto House has a fenced yard for your pet to play.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Video games can be connected to our big screens.About customRules:Smoking is allowed outside only. No butts on the grounds. please put in trash can..We have a fenced yard for your pet. All animal droppings must be picked up and discarded.,Any music outside must be turned down at 10:00 pm.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Cozy/fun lake getaway
We absolutely loved the property! It was spacious and clean and comfy! We enjoyed the outside patio area and bbq along with the pool table! We’ll definitely book again for our next Roosevelt trip!

Absolutely beautiful.
We were attending a 50th this was close to the event. Easy to find and beautiful view. Furnished for comfort. Nice fenced in yard with losts of games we didn't have time to use. I would highly recommend

Awesome house not far from Lake Roosevelt
The house was very clean and provided everything that we needed. It was very nicely furnished. Our purpose for staying there was to enjoy the lake, so we weren't really there all that much, but it was very comfortable when we were. We were able to park our boat trailer there at the house, which was great, since we were able to get a boat slip at Roosevelt.The only thing that wasn't very good was the WIFI, which was a little disappointing, as Verizon coverage is very spotty there in Tonto Basin.Thank you for having such an awesome house for us to stay at. We will stay again.

Great place to stay!
Beautiful home with excellent accommodations indoor and out! Lots of space for all guests. The road up to the property is a bit narrow and the rocks on the road will make you slow down but we made it up hauling a full 20 ft trailer with our 1 ton dually. Owners are very easy to contact. We would stay again for sure!

Tonto House Feb 2025
What a beautiful home! Quiet neighborhood on hill overlooking Tonto Basin. Beautiful views sunrise and sunset. House is completely outfited with qualifty beds and furnishings. Kitchen has everything you need for making meals. Fenced yard for keeping track of children and pets. Would stay there again in a minute.

Awesome place to stay!!
Very nice home, had all the amenities of home. Beds were very comfortable. Pool table is a very nice touch for the evenings. The property is location is very quite area. Highly recommended!!

Comfy Home
We really enjoyed our stay, very clean and comfortable! Has everything you may need! The only issue we had is the cable and internet service was off and on all weekend! Other than that we had a fun weekend! Thank you!🙂

Great Place to stay!!!
We really enjoyed our stay. After being out on the lake all day long it was wonderful to come back to a cool clean home. The pool table was a huge bonus. Our family all took turns playing. Are only suggestion get some new pots and pan otherwise, it was perfect.
