Das Hotel ist eigentlich sehr gut aufgestellt, das Abendessen sehr vielfältig und gut. Der Service absolut freundlich - perfekt. Das Frühstück lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Einzigste Minus : das Doppelbett ist mit 1,2m Breite einfach zu schmal für 2 Personen, außerdem sehr hart.

We stayed here in February - and loved it - but this time we were just in the area for a daytrip so stopped in for lunch. Having arrived early we got tea/coffee and sat on the decking area at the back, which gives you a glimpse of the fantastic view across the water. Once lunchtime arrived we went inside and were seated in the smaller dining area at the front, which is really nice. It's a small Lunch menu but I was delighted to see a decent vegetarian option - a Chickpea & Spinich burger - and can report it was absolutely delicious. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed his Scrabster Haddock. The staff were friendly and efficient, and it really is a beautiful location. Everything feels high quality and the food was excellent (as were the dinner and breakfasts when we stayed earlier in the year). It's not the cheapest but definitely worth the money (although we're fortunate enough to live close to another Highland Coast Hotels property so we have a Community Card which does give us a discount. A great scheme, IMO). Can't wait to be back!
