Ideal location for attending business trip. Arrival on reception was busy and glad to get to room after a long day. Sadly the room smelled of stale smoke and did not appear to have been adequately cleaned or aired. Reception was too busy to be able to speak to someone about it. Slept with the windows open and left as soon as poaaible. Would not stay here again.

Been coming here at least once a year for 15 years, room 7 very tired, broken sockets pull out bed springs coming through the edge, dusty lack of attention to detail, sticky patch on pillow, leaking shower tap when you pull the knob up water comes out of the tap Sideways over the floor, paint missing from the corner of the wall cracks in the top od the walls cobwebs, really a shame and to top all of that off booked 4 adults for breakfast got to Inn to be told the cooker is broken so no hot food. And then finally a total lack of response from Premier Inn customer complaints department, they seem to have a standard response and process, we will get back to you in a week!! If you have any issues in the room you must ask to be moved straight away dont accept any problems or issues, lesson learnt for us.

Clean tidy and a good nights sleep but the breakfast the next morning was a little disappointing and not hot. The road noise was continuous early morning. However. it was reasonably priced and an ideal location to visit a close family friend and the memorial RAF garden at Biggin Hill Air field.

Avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel comme l'année dernière.Bon accueil,prix correct,Bonne literie,chambre spacieuse salle de bain avec baignoire.Par contre pas de passage quotidien pour le ménage et pas de changement de serviette si on ne demande pas à la réception.Le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans le pub adjacent. Pas assez de viennoiserie même si vous arrivez à 8h et plus de café,que du café instantané. Avions l'impression de déranger.Dommage car très beau cadre.Parking gratuit mais nous devons nous faire enregistrer à l'accueil sinon c'est 100 livres de taxes.

A Premier Inn is just a Premier Inn, right? Well, not always; it's down to the staff and the service. Before travelling, I phoned ahead to request a room with certain characteristics. To my surprise, the phone was answered immediately by a very friendly Alison, who was very understanding and helpful. The room exactly met our requirements, and we had a very pleasant two-day stay. Breakfast was taken next door in The Vauxhall Inn, and was really good; we had no need to eat until the evening. Thanks, Alison, it was a pleasure to meet you in person.

Very, very, very poor WiFi. Absolutely terrible! Extremely inconvenient and unacceptable in 2024. When we entered the room it smelt stale like an old packet of corn snacks. The wall by the bed had chunks out of it and marks on the other walls. The skirtings all had chipped paint both in the room and all along the corridor. There were two sachets of coffee and two teabags, which after a four hour drive was abysmal. The walls are so thin, I could hear the guest in the next room snoring. There was one bath towel for two of us, even though a second bed had been made up! I asked for another set of towels and was given one bath towel, meaning we had to share the hand towel. The top of the hand soap dispenser was covered in rust. So it looks as though it's never removed and cleaned! Presumably the same for the shower gel. Non-existent lighting in the car park! Not to mention having my new car dented in your car park between Wednesday night and Thursday morning! The second evening meal was spoilt by a ridiculously long wait to have our order taken and then to receive our meal, and again for anyone to even check we were still alive, and to ask for our bill, which was an hour and forty-five minutes later, after one course! In addition to this, I think it's ******* to present me & my fourteen year old son, with a menu for valentines day! Some families are away for half term!!! We have been using Premier Inn happily for many years, in various locations, but this one was beyond disappointing! It's tired and depressing with a distinct lack of staff!!! We definitely won't be returning, it was horrible!

I arrived at 11:15pm after a very long day to find a large leak from the WC base in the room I had been allocated. I was informed the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available. I got back in the car and drove another 100 miles to get home, finally arriving at 1:30am.

It was a pleasure to stay in my favourite Tonbridge Hotel again last month. I was especially impressed with receptionist Alison, who's excellent service was second to none! I can't wait to return in January.
