Drew and Deborah proved to be exemplary '***********' hosts. The rooms and facilities were all top notch and we enjoyed a comfortable and enjoyable stay, enhanced by Deborah's great breakfasts. It was also very pleasant to be able to sit out in the garden in the evening sunshine. We used the B&B for exploring the local area - aided by Drew and Deborah's extensive local knowledge. We took the opportunity to visit nearby 'Down House', Charles Darwin's home for many years (see photos).

My wife and I stayed here on the night of our wedding and the following day. She also stayed here the night before with a friend to get prepared. We had the top room which comprises of a large bed and a sofa bed in another part of the accomodation. Large bathroom which has a lovely shower. The accommodation is very clean and has a lovely view from the windows. There's parking and the barn is behind automatic gates. The owners were very accommodating to people coming to attend to my wife's preparation for the wedding. We had breakfast each morning which was really nice, we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The owners are fantastic and make you feel very welcome and take time to chat with their guests. I would highly recommend this place to stay

What a wonderful find. Perfect location for visiting attractions in the area. Many National Trust properties easily accessible. Lovely comfortable room. Excellent breakfast and above all such welcoming and friendly hosts. Would highly recommend.

Debra & Drew are the most welcoming hostesses you could ever wish to meet. They are the owners of The Barn At Woodview, a barn conversion that provides bed & breakfast accommodation. We were booked into the Kings room on the ground floor that comprised bedroom, en-suite shower & conservatory lounge area. Outside, was secure parking & a garden area with bistro table & chairs plus bench. The room was very clean & comfortable. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with the hottest period of the year, making the conservatory rather uncomfortable but a large fan was on hand. Fortunately, with plenty of windows to open & the fan, things cooled down from late evening. Breakfast was very good, with Debra providing an interesting array of delicious options, whilst Drew provided table service duties. They also provided guidance on places to eat on an evening & we can recommend Giacomos Italian restaurant. Not cheap but good. The Barn At Woodview is ideally located for visiting National Trust's Chartwell, Knole & Ightham Mote, & is also positioned on a road with good access routes to nearby towns.
