No se ni por dónde empezar, lo primero nos dieron la última casa de todas llevando un carrito de bebé , muchísimas cuestas para llegar a la habitación era interminable el camino, la comida lo peor q he probado en mi vida fuimos con todo incluido y hemos tenido q pagar por comer en restaurantes fuera porque ya nuestro estómago no podía más, la ducha atrancada cada vez q nos duchábamos se inundaba de agua, hemos estado toda la semana con las mismas sábanas no las cambian, cambian toallas cada 48 horas, camareros muy bordes, en fin no vuelvo ni regalado y tengo para decir mil cosas más

Hotel pésimo, limpieza de habitaciones y cambio de toallas cada 48 horas....hay piscinas pero no hay toallas para la piscina....lo que nos dijeron en Recepción: "las toallas para la piscina o la playa hay que traerselas de casa" La puerta de entrada con una abertura por la parte inferior de unos 4 centímetros por lo que pueden entrar cualquier bichos. Lo anuncian con playa y a la playa se debe ir en coche o en bus. Te dan un vaso por persona para las consumiciones, que si no llevas el vaso no te sirven ni agua. Después de varios días reclamando en Recepción al final tuvimos que escribir una hoja de reclamación para llevarla a consumo. No volvería a ir ni aunque me pagarán.

nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel, car nous avons loupé notre avion. La seule solution. on nous a donné un bungalow au bout de deux heures de queue que une personne à l’accueil accueille pas assez organisé. Chambre défraîchie moisissure lit utilisé. On nous a volé dans la chambre en s’est plaint à l’accueil mais l’accueil décline toute responsabilité nourriture dégueulasse au même niveau que la cantine de mes enfants, à fuir

Sun club el dorado 4 ⭐️ - [ ] Rooms We stayed for 4 nights and our beds were only made once however towels were exchanged twice. There isn’t any shampoo or conditioner in the shower so make sure to bring some. The shower stays hot for around 15 mins before cold water starts to come out. There is a safe in their room however it is €15 euro to hire with a €25 euro deposit which you do get back. Overall room was nice 4/5 no problems other than paying for the safe. - [ ] Pool When we arrived the main pool was closed due to maintenance problems which was a shame however the other 2 pools were open and every pool had a bar which is great. There’s lots of cocktails available and spirits. Also there are slushies for children and hot drinks are self serve. You do have to buy a cup at reception to carry around to get drinks from the bars to reduce plastic waste which really isn’t a problem. At the main restaurant there are glasses so u don’t have to bring them. - [ ] Beach It is true there isn’t a beach and it is a very steep staircase all the way down. Definitely bring drinks down with you because the walk up is very steep and makes u out of breath too. - [ ] Food Food was minimal with about 8 dishes every night with pasta and sauce always being a staple for children. They serve a lot of pork and not a lot of chicken we only got the one night. They also serve beef burgers but no filling for it or burger bread it would all have to be done manually. Also seafood is very nice! The mussels and freshly grilled fish was delicious. At the snack bar there was pizza and sandwiches with salami and cheese. There was also ice cream at the snack bar which was nice. There was also a shop on site as well as a gym. So snacks and sun cream was always available.

Club sympathique le personnel est très agréable les animations sont diverses plusieurs piscine mini golf tennis idéal pour un séjour en famille.les bungalows sont bien mais la salle de bain est très petite difficile quand on est plusieurs
