I had a very disappointing stay. The ceiling in the room showed significant water damage, including a large patch of mold. The shower drain was not functioning, so water wouldn’t drain properly, and the sliding door was broken. There was also a thick layer of dust right on the bed head. There was no proper duvet provided, only a thin bed cover and some blankets from the closet that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or used in a long time. Our room was on the first floor with a “courtyard view,” but you could see directly into the room opposite, and the courtyard seemed accessible to everyone. This meant we couldn’t open the curtains without sacrificing privacy. The lighting in the room was also very poor—arguably for the best, as it made it harder to notice the rest of the dirt.🙄 The only positive point is the location, as it’s close to the main attractions and central food spots.

Nice location and good value for solo traveler

This place is magical. Hotel is a bit older but the area is nice and quiet. Breakfast is okay, not worth the price

A bit hard to find, tucked in around the back. Very quiet.

No room service, no staff to attend. No amenities. Too noisy in the night. The rooms are not sound proof. We requested for 1 matrimonial bed. They gave us 2 seperate bed. The washroom was shabby. Over horrendous experience. Will never stay again.

La ducha es imposible, es una tina con ducha de teléfono que hay hacer malabarismo para bañarse. La cama y las almohadas muy incómodas

O hotel é mto bem localizado, bem pertinho da principal praça onde estão as lojinhas e os free tours que eu recomendo fazer! O hotel é bem limpo e organizado! As atendentes são muito solícitas e atenciosas. O quarto é aconchegante mas o chuveiro poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Desayuno no incluido, primera noche con olores de alcantarilla en el baño, nos cambiaron la habitacion sin problema, la segunda habitacion estaba bien, pero se escuchaba todo lo de las habitaciones de los lados.
