Nice clean hotel staff friendly close to restaurants and other businesses

The first room we were in the toilet handal wasn't even attached to the toilet. Then there were no directions on the phone to call front desk, so you had to guess what button to press. We received a new room but it was so gross. There were crumbs on the dresser and table, we had to get up early for surgery so we just wanted to go to bed. I went in for a shower and the floor was gross, while taking a shower there were dirty hand prints in the wall (wasn't mine). The vending machines on the floor wasn't working. We were not happy at all

Total disappointment DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Checked in- was charged a mystery extra $60- that I was told would be refunded- way to play with my money, unannounced The staff could not be bothered each time I passed the lobby- all with their heads down, on their phones. The Hot tub (a primary reason I Booked this Hilton property) NEVER WAS OPEN I was only told it would be open “in a couple of days”- when I asked every single of the (5) days I stayed at this Hilton Hotel Do Not Stay Here Disappointed/Let Down/ felt I was a burden to this hotel- where the staff could not be bothered with me & Took $100 from me, after telling me that I was going to “deposit” $40, for incidentals.

We are in our sixties and we booked this hotel because of the hot tub . I spent alot more per night then other hotels because they had a hot tub . We get there and it’s broke. I feel like we should have been informed of that. I think it’s false advertising. I would of went somewhere else.

The bathroom floor was sticky and felt damp all the time, the bathroom door would stick and it had to be yanked to open or close. The carpet in the room felt dirty. It was terribly noisy due to kids running around, back and forth up and down the halls yelling - the dining area was overtaken by the kids yelling and running around - (bad parenting issues) I felt sorry for the front desk person who was having to deal with the situation. The room smelt like chlorine during our say. We were disappointed.

It's your typical Hamptons Inn. I will never book a room with 2 queens again. Their queens are the size of fulls. Normally that wouldn't be a problem, but I have 2 small kids and I needed the extra space to make sure they were safe and didn't roll out of the bed. After reading reviews from multiple different locations, I found out that's just what they do. I wish I had known before booking because I would have saved myself the $12 and gotten a king with a pull out.

The pool could be bigger and the hot tub was closed are whole stay from Friday until Monday so that ****** but other then that it was great oh and room service ****** but we just took whatever we needed off the carts we seen out in the halls

We booked a Studio Suite for our family. The hall-ways were freezing cold our entire stay. The room was very disappointing as far as cleanliness! There were stains on the bed skirts, curtains, floors and ceiling! The bathroom floor was disgusting as well! As far as the breakfast, the Fruit was old and bruised up and the staff was very rude! I’m glad we had a place to stay for the night, but we won’t be booking this hotel again!

We generally stay at Hamptons, don't have issues. Ok so I rented 2 rooms for our family. They put us on 2 separate floors. My daughter checked in 20 minutes prior to me. Her room was not ready. When I checked in a overheard the customer in front of me complaining that the pool was too cold (NO heat) so staff called a sister hotel to allow this family to go over there. Service desk never said anything to me about the pool so I asked and yes there is no heat in the pool. I asked about using the sister hotel pool. Staff was visibly irritated and told me if I didn't like I could cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. The desk staff were rude, cutting off customers and over talking people. Odd check in. It gets worse. The cleaning crew was still cleaning rooms at 8pm at night, halls crowded. But did they clean?? Greasy headboards, dirty mirrors, make up on comforter (I don't wear makeup). They also had a hockey team staying. Kids running up and down the halls, yelling playing in elevators. Staff did nothing to calm the situation. This went on until 11:30pm, when someone pulled the fire alarm. Yup fire alarm. From beginning to end by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We generally stay at hotels about 6 to 8 times a year. There are many hotels in the area to stay at, avoid this Hampton.
