Great, well managed hotel in the Ebisu district of Tokyo. I was here for three nights before flying home. As mentioned turn right after you exit the JR train station and walk all the way down through the tunnel to the hotel. I really like the the outdoor mall at the Yebisu Garden Place with it’s unbelievable food court. This place should win an award for a urban outdoor development with book stores, coffee bars , high end restaurants, hotel and train station. If I’m traveling with my wife I would stay here. If I m traveling with my teenage kids I would stay at the Hyatt in Shinjuku as it is closer to the action. I loved the 17th floor executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks . But I preferred the lobby lounge for breakfast as it had a better selection of items. I would not however pay $130 extra for the lounge. The rooms were very nice . I was so impressed with how clean the rooms and lobby were maintained. This is a world class hotel in the upper price range.

I stayed 2 nights at the Aoyama Grand, and found it to be quite a mixed bag. The location is excellent and the main reason to stay there: walking distance from some of the most vibey areas in Tokyo, and close to lots of shops and restaurants. But the price was crazy high for the quality of the rooms, and the rooms also seem to be very variable. I had to switch due to high occupancy and a last minute booking, and my first room (1910) was interior-facing and felt quite dark and a bit cramped. My second room (1804) was a little better and had a view, but still didn’t come close to justifying the price in my opinion.

我遇到一點小麻煩,但是前台服務員以如此忠誠的態度迴應了很好的禮貌,讓我在餘下的時間裏感到安全舒適。房間比其他日本商務酒店好很多。我的牀應該是“一張大雙牀”(順便說一下,是西蒙斯的),但是它和一張大號牀一樣大;140cm/55inch是明智的。內部有很好的木質和葉色的結合,我覺得這就像現代溫和的日本主題。離JR新南(新南)出口一擲石塊,明治街有一家超市,步行約5分鐘即可到達大觀山。很多餐廳都在這裏,尤其是因爲已經完成了多層次的“石布屋混沌”建築羣富庫拉蘇、溪流、海卡里和斯庫魯姆廣場,這些百貨商店的地下室是你可以買和吃的食物區食物來自無限豐富的食物選擇。儘管離鐵路很近,但晚上並不吵鬧。第一天晚上,我以爲是一些神節日的歡快的唱誦聲。我會向朋友和家人推薦這家酒店。它由最標誌性的火車公司之一JR-East擁有和管理。比其他同價位的酒店更值得信賴。

We were looking for a close to the action hotel as this was our first time in Shibuya and did not know this part of Tokyo. The service from the Granbell team was accommodating. We had to do a room change, and they were understanding, as well as a late night bed refresh as we were surprised with a stain on the mattress/sheets. The front desk agent who helped with the bed refresh was so nice, and apologetic of the situation. The rooms are out-dated and could use some touchups(scratches on the floors/walls, dust on the fans, etc.). We stayed in the ”suite” top floor(1303) and it still needed some TLC. The rooms provided nice toiletries. We did not eat at the second floor restaurant(wagyu teppanyaki) or the first floor restaurant, but both looked fairly good even for foodies. Location is really great, close to scramble, other restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is on the more quiet side of the crossing and Im glad we stayed over here(would recommend this neighborhood again). The super close yakatori's aren't great and may tell no to foreigners. I would recommend this hotel for solo travelers, stag/hen parties or young couples who are looking truly just for a place to crash after a long day sight seeing/going out.

首先酒店位置馬馬虎虎。離地鐵站近可衹有兩條線、而且位置在市中心的西南部：渋谷和目黒不遠、可其它景點遠（新宿、銀座等）到超遠（淺草、成田等）。 酒店周蠻安靜、吃的種類蠻多。 酒店衞生完美、一樓的咖啡廳也又紅又舒服、可早飯太簡單了（金槍魚烤吐司）、選含早餐的房間真沒意義。 讓我吃驚了是服務。退房時想要把行李留給前台、他們説“由於存櫃不多所以要自己帶走。”行李多、飛機晚上才起飛、他們怎麼想的？？？後來拉到火車站多付了700日元存到存櫃裏… 還有第二天前台找我下來説“打掃房間時阿姨找到了抽過的香煙、您是不是抽了？” 我不但沒抽而且從來沒抽過、房間裏都沒有香煙的臭味。阿姨講錯了房間號可前台沒自己確認而且直接怪了房客、包括行李的事情都讓我感覺酒店不歡迎我…

酒店位置好方便樓下兩層半都係餐廳 Coffee Shop地下有間7仔 酒店係自助式 Check in/out 自己攪掂 除咗需要枕頭 被等 其他嘢都係要去12樓自己拎 我覺得還可以 如果一個人住最細嘅房還可以 但兩個人就有d逼喇 個人喜好啦 整體都可以嘅 酒店落到二樓行過天橋 對面就有個商場 再落就係JR/地鐵站 唔使15分鐘路程到澀谷十字路口（慢慢行呀）不過機場巴士站係 Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyo就要行大約15分鐘路程如果你冇行李或得一件細件行李行去還可以 如果行李多 又落雨落雪嘅話 就好狼狽

衞生：衞生間有異味 環境：環境沒得事，地理位置很方便 服務：前台臉很冷哎，辦入住過程沒笑臉，沒有眼神交流，辦完護照扔在那，我問:are u finished with the passport，瞅我一眼，説，you can take it.在日本這麼久，前台最差的一次。 設施：屋子巨潮，上抽濕機也沒用。寢具是潮的，睡下一晚，像是睡在水裡。掛在衣櫃的衣服，第二天拿起來穿，也是潮的。 總之，絕對不會再次入住。這酒店價格不算低了，咱又不是沒選擇~

The Tokyu Stay Shibuya is in a great location convenient to the train station and the Shibuya Scramble but on a quiet street. The staff here are helpful, though most speak very little English, and do their best to help. Some of the rooms are small though the corner rooms are more western-sized. We had plenty of space to spread out our baggage. The room includes the usual amenities as well as a very useful combination washer/dryer (the dryer takes a LONG time, by the way) and a sink with a few dishes. The internet is pretty good and the morning breakfast is simple and very Japanese (which we like). The desk does not seem to be staffed in the evenings and you’ll need your room card to enter the building. This is not a large hotel which means it is not usually crowded. There are some good restaurants around the corner and a 24-hour grocery with good take-away just across the street.

BEWARE Not recommended for solo females OR couples with females! I chose this place because of the listed spa amenity. It says separate areas for men and women. FALSE that is a lie! There is 1 area only, and separate DAYS for men and women. Men get 5 days (weekdays), women get 2 days (weekends). I arrived Sunday night, and the lady took so long to check me in and finally got to explaining the spa at which point I said, wait, so I only have 20 minutes now to use the spa? She said ”Sorry, 15 min sorry” So I had to rush, while she was still talking to me about the ramen I don't care! So I got to use the spa for 10 min! So I booked another hotel, Super Hotel I stayed at before that I know has 2 separate areas and the spa is open ALL night until 9am. I asked Dormy to give me a refund because of the false advertising. Of course they say sorry no. I would not have stayed there if I had known this. Seeing that I was a single female booking they should have notified me. And what I really cannot tolerate is gender inequality. I know this is a more male dominate society, but that is old and backwards and I do not support that type of thinking. Please do not support this gender inequality! If you are a woman, this is NOT the hotel for you. Location is also weird and not much to walk to. Who cares about the Starbucks you can get that anywhere. I left first thing in the morning, I don't care if I lost money on it, I wasn't going to stay there a minute longer.

我們在2018年9月在東京,在這一酒店有着很好的經驗,爲了儘可能準確地提出意見,我認爲要把背景在。首先,東京是一個非常昂貴的城市,特別是在住房方面。空間非常小(就像倫敦或巴黎等其他昂貴城市一樣 ) , 在這種類型的酒店中,普通地區也非常小,而且,儘管東京是一個現代化和宇主義的城市,但那些在不同服務業工作者,如賓館,不常說英語。考慮到以上的看法,我認爲這家酒店是一個非常好的選擇,如果你得到好的價格...就好位置,靠近布亞站(從那裏我們走行李走到那裏 ) 。是相當舒適的,有很好的聲隔離,有電視。室和室很乾淨,還有洗衣、毛和。WiFi連接很好。除了買機,他沒有買東西,總之,東京的平均酒店,位置不錯,我建議。
