If you have an opportunity, we would be grateful if you could try to stay in a larger space room next time. We recommend the Deluxe Twin (34.6sqm) which is bigger than most hotel average in Tokyo.There is a large public bath on the second floor of the hotel. The large bath is relatively large, allowing for a relaxing soak in the bathtub.If the bathtub in your room is too small, we recommend that you use it.Toilets are not automatic. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you press the button yourself.If you have any questions, please call our front desk staff 24 hours a day.We are disappointed to hear that we could not live up to the Mitsui Garden Hotel standard you were expecting. Our buffet style breakfast is very popular among our guests, and we offer Japanese, Western or Sushi roll plate and appetizer buffet to start lovely day. However, we will share your review with our restaurant staff and will use your opinion as a reference in our further improvement.As you know, we have good access to the public transportations such as JR, Metro within 10minutes by walk. Any guests who visit our hotel either on sightseeing or on business, get an easy access to most of the places.We are proud of being located in the middle of Tokyo and the subway stations, Ginza area is also within a walking distance.It is via guest feedback and customer experience that we can endeavor to provide our guest with a more luxurious and superior stay. The location is very close to Ginza where many restaurants, shops, department stores are there so that you can enjoy shopping, eating and entertainment.The Tsukiji Market, which attracts many visitors, is a 10-minute walk from the hotel and is highly recommended for enjoying fresh fish.We can also help with access and restaurant reservations if needed.
