浴槽の掃除ができていないのか、お湯をためてつかったら壁が湯垢だらけ 他人の垢臭さがお湯にまで移るほどで、気持ち悪くて二日目は使えませんでした シャワーだけなら気にならないかもしれませんが、このコロナ下で湯垢が匂うほど掃除していないのはどうでしょう？？ 経費削減のために海外のかたを掃除に使っている様子ですが シャワー文化の海外の方にとっての浴槽と日本人の浴槽の観念は違うとわかってないようです 二度とアパには泊まりません 今でも気持ち悪くて吐きそうです

Where to even begin? I've never stayed in a hotel that didn't let you have A/C, that's criminal. We had to slept with the tiny bit of window that we could open, which was loud- as the rooms face the street like a cheap motel. There is just one elevator for the entire hotel: 14 floors, which means long waits at certain times, never been in a hotel with rush times just to take the elevator. The room was old, the wallpaper falling apart, dirty, breadcrumbs, someone's hair on the bed, super dusty- even when we requested it to be cleaned it remained the same. The bed was absolutely horrid, as well as the pillows. Hard as hell, no cushion. The TV made a weird loud electrical noise so we had to disconnect it. The WiFi was so bad we couldn't even connect our iPad to watch an episode. Staff was meh, someone in training attended to us and he was slow and didn't speak English. Worst customer service we got in Japan, which makes sense since it was the worst hotel we stayed in as well. I want my money back to pay for therapy from that horrible space!

Stayed here for a couple of days at the beginning of Golden Week, the big holiday period in Japan. Very central and handy for the trains etc. The room, although small (well this is Japan) was very comfortable . Staff were courteous and helpful and the price for a capital city hotel during its most important holiday week was excellent value, much less than I was expecting. An enjoyable stay.

booked this hotel because i wanted to try staying closer to akihabara. for the price of this room per night, i felt this was a great value. the room itself is obviously made for business patrons because it's just a bed and hardly a desk and a small bathroom but that's all i needed. it fit my 4 luggage bags no problem (2 under the bed) and 2 standing. the room was hot when you first get in but the AC cooled it down within 10-15 minutes. shower was nice and toilet with bidet is always a plus. if you are traveling solo, i would highly recommend staying here as you are close to akihabara by like 3 blocks and you arent paying much per night.
