I recently stayed at Minaro Hotel Tokaj and had a very disappointing experience. During a sauna session in the wellness area, my swimsuit was stolen. This incident was particularly concerning given that external guests also have access to the wellness facilities. Despite promptly reporting the theft to the hotel staff and escalating the issue to senior management, no action was taken. There was no follow-up, no apology, and no compensation offered. This lack of response and accountability is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. I would not recommend Minaro Hotel Tokaj to anyone seeking a secure and respectful environment.
