It is that kind of place - it runs like a well oiled machine while being small enough to look after guests exceptionally well with exactly the right level of professionalism. The location is perfect for exploring all the hill towns, the views are magical and having L'Altro restaurant on site is an added bonus if you decide not to go out in the evenings. The food and service were both excellent. A special thank you to Federica for her kindness and to Claudia who not only made breakfast so enjoyable but was also a mine of information about the best routes and places to park."

"Lovely hotel for a few days. Staff were great, and Breakfast was excellent . Great location, just outside the walls of Todi. Rooms were clean, and Towels changed every day. It was very warm and humid nights. did not know how to switch on the aircon should gave asked at reception never mind. "

"Too warm! No air conditioning, no screens on windows and no fans in room. Could have left windows open to cool room but the bugs ate us alive. Must have a car. It's conviently located in the middle of the Umbria region. A one hour drive to Orvieto or Assissi two great towns to visit."
