This all-you-need rental has all essentials! The 3 heated outdoor pools (seasonal), community lodge, outside sports, biking, hiking, and exploring the natural area, this home provides all the perks of a vacation home with an awesome price and relaxing ambiance. This comfortable rustic home is located 2 minute walk to Beach #1. Please be aware that this home is best suited for guests without children and those who aren’t seeking modern accommodation. It’s perfect for those who enjoy the classic Pocono atmosphere. Arrowhead Lake community does have additional mandatory fees not included in house rental rate. Our community location is somewhat remote, which is perfect for those who want to stay away from city and highway. Why leave your furry friend at home? Up to 2 pups are welcome to come with you, pet fee applies, pending approval. We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Ahart, CVS, Weis, Walmart, ALDI. **COMMUNITY FEES** (mandatory, not included in booking price): Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival, or 3+ days to avoid late fee): 1) Temporary membership: a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per person, per week. b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day. 2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay 3) Administration: $20 one time, per stay 4) Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100 NOTE: All fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival. . We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests, names of every driver, full car info and guest names. Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall. Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT. Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity. **TRASH RULES**: To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house. **Arrowhead Lake community fees are mandatory in addition to booking costs** **COMMUNITY FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE**
