啟動森林阿克提夫民宿飯店

這是我們第二次入住這家飯店。飯店毗鄰火車站，但可惜的是沒有直達火車站的入口，我們建議從側面步行前往，大約需要6-10分鐘。步行不遠即可到達高檔國際水療中心－Bad Paradise。飯店提供免費的交通卡和景點門票及折扣卡。飯店沒有電梯。浴室有暖氣，可以用來烘乾濕衣服。步行即可到達湖邊。館內還設有繩索公園。前台工作人員只在早上8點到12點之間提供服務，其他時間則需要在入口處進行電子入住登記。雖然酒店已經發送了電子入住訊息，我們也已經辦理了，但到達入口後仍然需要再次在線辦理入住。飯店不提供行李寄放服務。早餐不錯。總的來說，我們很喜歡這家飯店，推薦給大家🙂

Good basic hotel across from the train station in Titisee. Free parking was helpful, and it was in walking distance to the Badeparadis. The included breakfast was good and well stocked. Note that there are rooms on the fourth floor and there is no lift, so that can be a slog. The rooms are traditional and a bit beaten around the edges, but fine — the only thing we missed were curtains for the window in the sitting room / bathroom area (or a door to close it off) so the early sun through the ceiling window wouldn’t wake us. My main complaint was check-in. The hotel badgers you twice a day for a week before your stay to do online check-in. I did it, and when I turned up at their check-in machine (there is no staffed reception), none of what you entered in online check-in has been noted and you have to enter it ALL, all over again. Very odd and annoying system.

Zimmer uralt, Fenster kaputt - ohne Oropax kann man nicht schlafen. Heruntergekommen. Rezeption nur von 8-12 Uhr besetzt, Automaten-Check-In erst ab 14 Uhr, also keine Chance, die KONUS-Karte am 1. Tag zu erhalten. Für die erbrachten Leistungen viel zu teuer

Hotel agréable à Titisee L'arrivée a été un peu compliquée au niveau de l'enregistrement à la machine mais nous avons pu joindre facilement une personne très réactive qui nous a débloqués. Nous avons logé dans une suite spacieuse pour 3 et petit dejeuner varié et copieux. La propreté est parfaite.

Bei meinem Namen wurden Buchstaben ausgetauscht, so war ein Selbstcheck-in am Automaten nicht möglich. Da kein Personal vorort, musste rum telefoniert werden. Telefonnummer am Automaten ohne Nutzen, da keine abnahm. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Unfortunately we had a lot of problems with the check-in. It's an automated check in and when the system encountered problems, we had to make so many calls to fix the check in problems, and again lots of calls to get the right codes for the room. One should be prepared to have a phone & enough battery so you can make phone calls as there is no reception for check in. Also this happened to us around 6 pm so luckily someone picked the phone after a few tries. Not sure what would have happned if we had check in much later. The staff during breakfast were very helpful. Decent breakfast choices. Walking distance to Badeparadies. A few minutes walk from station (had to go around cuz there's no direct path) Seilpark which is at the hotel was good. Family room is very spacious and includes balcony. Had a separate room that we can close off for privacy which is perfect. Does not have air-conditioning but during our stay it was cold enough at night so we slept fine.
