Room was very untidy, ac was not working, only free channels on tv, towels very very dirty
inspite of putting gst number while booking they are not ready to give gst bill and fighting no breakfast was ready till 7. 50 am i have called customer care mmt also but not solved

Room was not ready even till 12 am late night, where checkin timing was 12 pm afternoon. Breakfast was terrible, unhygienic, sweeping staff and guest eating together breakfast.

Had booked this hotel with lots of hesitation and doubts. But i was really amazed by the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. Well maintained and spacious. Even my parents loved it.
