The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. The fragrant smell was too strong. I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep. Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK. Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

這家飯店很漂亮。房間不算大，但我一個人住，所以也無所謂。房間乾淨整潔，裝潢簡約。地理位置優越，方便前往市區各大主要區域。步行幾分鐘即可到達秘書處和雕像路口。附近有很多餐廳和自助餐廳，步行即可到達。如果您喜歡素食，Mother’s veg plaza 也很近。飯店員工非常優秀，非常謙遜有禮，真心幫助客人度過難忘的住宿時光。從入口處的保全到前台、客房服務人員等等，每個人都面帶真誠的微笑。我相信他們也像我一樣熱愛在這裡工作。房間配有空調和吊扇。礦泉水每天補充。房間裡有茶和咖啡沖泡器。我沒有吃早餐，因為我預訂的是單間，但我看到酒店內有餐廳。我還看到了健身房，但當時太忙了，沒去。入口處有自動人力車，我往返機場都用它。他們還免費提供延遲退房至下午6點，但我必須在下午3點退房。這家飯店非常適合家庭入住。舉世聞名的Sree Pad***abha Swamy寺廟距離酒店不到2公里。我搭乘的是自動人力車，但如果你有時間，也可以步行前往。

Had a pleasant stay at Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Thiruvananthapuram. The location is great, very convenient to reach. The ambience is nice, and the hotel room was clean and decent, just what you’d expect from a good hotel. The food was also really good, with a nice variety. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The stay was good, the food was yummy. I will say it's a must visit while on Trivendrum. The staff is extra courteous and shows a genuine interest in the guests well being. I will surely visit again and will recommend to my office friends and family too.
