it was horrible and very scary stay... When we were at the hotel, suddenly at around 1 in the night 2 or 3 people started ringing the doorbell and hitting the door. When I called one of the staff, they were saying that I don't know who it is and later that staff switched off the phone. me and my wife did not sleep the whole night. ... my wife cried the whole night..

I stay room number 401 the room lock not locked when i go outside i lock the room when i come back the room is fully open it i complaint manager he say the lock is good
