Cleanliness of hotel was average. Spread of complimentary breakfast buffet can be improved. One thing that I wasn’t pleased at all about was their room service food. Fried rice was not tasty at all and the 7up came in glass bottle. The bottle’s opening was rusty and dirty .

Best Hospitality Pai Vice Roy in Tirupathi, The Management and enterer staff are taken care of guest excellent arrangements. Excellent Hotel I visited first time it's wonderful experience and amazing service levels. Easy access to tirumala hills inspite of all this front office staff is very polite and cooperative and informative all the best I will visit next year again

Best food , best rooms in tirupati we have booked 2 rooms through Mr Prasad both the rooms was ready when we entered hotel. All the staff is very friendly and attentive starting for security to housekeeping.Mr Prasad helped us for all the area we have to thank him specially.
