The hotel is at walking distance from the old bus stand named Periyar, better known as Junction or old bus stand. We made a mistake of going past this to the new bus stand and had to traverse back. The railway station is also pretty close. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant has good food and our only issue was that it does not serve curd rice for dinner. The room service is also good except for once, where they forgot our order and we had to call again. Good bed and clean sheets with a water heater (coffee, tea and sugar packs given). Bathroom is also big and good ,except that the next room (we changed our room as the TV was not working), had a very small one. Overall good experience and I would recommend visitors to Tirunelveli to stay here.

The room we stayed (room no.411) was not delux seems the facility looks normal standard AC room. The wash room was very cramped and the was basin was very close to cupboard. The hotel management should take some modification so that the guest will have a comfortable stay.

Hotel is centrally located in the hub spot of Tirunelveli.. nearer to the bus terminus as well to Tirunelveli railway station. Splendid Accessibility, fabulous ambience & fantabulous service! Overall it’s Bawesome choice to stay in Bharani Hotel

Horrible hotel in terms of infrastructure and staff too. We had agreed to pay a higher fee and they still have a bad quality room. AC didn’t work , geyser didn’t work . After complaining against this they changed the room and surprise surprise in the new room the current goes off fully.

Particularly to mention, situated in heart of the city and near to the Railway station. I have felt that Tirunelveli tradition and class in all aspects of this hotel. Overall it was good and customer friendly.

Excellent Location. But the rooms are not maintained properly. Blankets were very dirty. Toilet was broken and not cleaned hence dark in colour. Pillows with saliva maps on it. When complained, the response was like "you need me more than I need you".
